I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPEREINCE LAST SATURDAY. WHEN I CAME OUT THE WASH MY WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM. SPOKE TO THE GUY ON DUTY AND MADE A REPORT. HE ASKED ME TO COME BACK ON WEDNESDAY AND TO SPEAK TO TO THE MANAGER. I MET JON THE MANAGER ON WEDNESDAY AND HE SAID THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND HAVE MY INSURANCE CONTACT THEM. I CALLED JON TODAY, THURSDAY TO LET HIM KNOW HOW HE WAS GOING TO HANDLE THE BILL AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE THE WINDSHIELD HAD A CRACK ALREADY BEFORE ENTERING. JON IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MANAGMENT! HE SENT ME A PICTURE WHICH PROOFS NOTHING ABOUT THE DAMAGE BEEN THERE BEFORE. IF ANYONE ELSE IS UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS PLACE AND WANT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS ON THIS PLACE AND JON, PLEASE CONTACT ME.

JUST GOT THE TEN DOLLAR WASH AND THEY PUT THE TIRE SHINE ON AT THE END OF THE WASH. THE PROBLEM IS MY CAR IS WHITE AND WHEN I GOT HOME I HAD LITTLE BLACK SPECS ALL OVER MY CAR. IT TOOK TWENTY MINUTES TO WIPE THESE OFF. I CALLED THE CAR WASH TO INFORM THEM THEY NEED TO ADD A DRYING PROCESS TO THERE CAR WASH AND WAS TOLD TO PARK THE THE FOR FIVE TO TEN MINUTES AFTER THE WASH TO LET IT DRY. I DONT THINK SO, JUST GET THE SIX DOLLAR WASH AND SAVE THE HEADACHE.

This place is garbage!! Went with my buddy andbroke the front bumper. I asked the manager working at the time if all jet brites had the same equipment because we have been to all of them before. He said yes and proceeded to tell us it our fault? He just kept yelling didnt let us speak and told us to come back tomorrow and talk to "nick".. This isnt the first car that this has happened to! Dont waste your time and money!!

While the price is cheap, I do not recommend going here if you care about your car. Car washes like these are more for business "fleet vehicles" that simply just need a quick wash. This place will scratch up your vehicle, and may cause unnecessary damage. Ive had tail lights fall out, bumper damage, and deep scratches all happen at this car wash.

Dont go there it will damage your car you are at your own risk!!! My parent went there to wash their car.. something fell off of their equipment and broke the back window, Jet Brite refused to do anything about they said that they are not responsible for any damage, so basically you are screwed. It cost my parent $220 for the new back window.

This car wash WILL damage your car! Tore off the factory installed front license plate holder, and when I contacted them, they chose to do nothing about it. Nice facility built for them, but their idea of "business" is simply to grab as much as possible with no real sense of service or responsibility for damage caused to your car.

Used to take my truck to the old one all the time without incedent went to the "remodeled"one Saturday for the first time and it tore my rearview mirror right off they made no effort to pay for the damages either will not be going back with any of my vehicles beware!!!!

Our car had a perfect body, after this car wash it was scratched on the drivers side on on the drivers side front fender. We spoke to the owner/manager and he flat out denied us and refered us to his no responsibility for damage disclaimer. BE CAREFULL!!!

F**k this place.Wash my BMW SUV then come back home(live in Chi) and I was surprised what I see.One of hood grill was completely destroyed,windshield was cracked at top.Damn I didnt see this at wash.Avoid this place!!!
