So my job just recently moved out here and I WAS excited to find a car wash out here so on my lunch breaks I can run a grab a wash. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case; I just paid 18 dollars for nothing!! To a regular individual, I might be fooled, but I’m not, I know how a car wash is supposed to do and that is clean your car!! They don’t vacuum properly; I lifted my floor mats to find that they didn’t vacuum underneath it. For them to even clean my floor mats was an extra $3.50. The back window shows signs of an attempted cleaning, but the sides of the third brake light all the way to the pillar haven’t even been touched!!! They didn’t even wash my rims or tires, that’s an extra 5 dollars. This is a horrible business. To anyone who actually pays in depth attention to their cars, they will realize that these people barely did anything at all and just charged you a ridiculous price. 1) I pulled up to be greeted with a long slow moving line (took my whole hour lunch and still returned late) 2) The prices are ridiculous!!! The car wash I go to in the city is 10 bucks for a HAND car wash; it’s twice the price here for a 1/3 of the job. 3) Everything is an extra 5 dollars or something, unless you’re paying the over $150 for a detail they dont take your car seriously. BOYCOTT THEM IMMEDIATELY!!! Listen to the reviews people!!

Very disappointed-I dropped off my car at 8:20am and it was supposed to be completed by 2:30 ( never rcvd a phone call my car was ready or they were running behind) I showed up at 3:30 my car still wasnt done I still had to sit and wait. Some things still needed attention. Lost my whole Sunday waiting on my car very unsatisfied and disappointed! Spoke to the mgr said they were busy all day and he didnt accommodate or offer anything else for the inconvenience. And if I have an appt please dont double book everyone else or make appointments you are not able to meet or keep up with. Poor ethical skills and need more improvement with customer service. I got the coupon from local flavor ($189 value) for $90.00. I am glad I didnt pay $190.

Visiting from WI.Took my rural, back roads abused Lincoln MKX in for a spa day. I got the ice premium professional detailing. Two hours later, my SUV looked better than the day I bought it! Brilliant body, rims, wheel wells & windows. Scratches on the hood, gone! The inside spotless with just the right amount of clean smell. Every nook & cranny including the edges with the tail gate open, pristine! Ken and his attentive team provide a high quality service for your dollar. And.. you get a complimentary car wash when you next need one. Just show your receipt for the detailing!

So I havent been to Turtle Wax in years and Im so disappointed. I took my car today and had the worst experience ever. I asked them to vacuum the trunk which they did not do until I double checked before I left. They basically just washed the matts and through them over without vacuuming the floor. The interior was so poorly overlooked that Im going to re do when I get home. For almost $20 Ill stick to Delta Sonic. It seems like theyve changed a lot over the years and will not return.

This plan can be a real crap shoot. Sometimes they are on but when they are off they are off. I have waited almost 45 minutes for a basic wash, there machines have sprayed wax all over the cars and they couldnt figure out how to get it off and then today I paid for the turtle one wash and they didnt vacuum. Waiting another 15 minutes while they figure out how to vacuum now that the wash is done. They need to get stuff together. They could be good but they need some work.

Just moved to the area and I was delighted to find a car wash right next to a lifetime fitness. That feeling quickly vanished when I received my car back. The entire middle console, dash and cup holder area was never touched! I asked another attendant, is this normal? and he said no, I can get the manager for you. Well, the manager had better things to do then address my concerns and just sent back the same guy who did the poor job. Dont waste your time or money here!

This will be my first and last time going to this place. Just because I paid $9.99 ($14.99 + $5off Jewel Osco coupon) they didnt care much. Its better to have your car washed by those $3 deals by the gas stations. It says it includes vacuuming, wipe down your windows and dash board. He did an awful job!!! Its like I want to vacuum it and wipe it down myself. Dont tip yet till you see your car!!! I wish I didnt give him a tip at all! Lesson learned!

Not only they do the shittiest detailing job ever, but they also steal your personal belongins left in the car (with clear instructions NOT TO TOUCH) and do not return them, unless you happen to notice on your way home, drive back and ask about missing items. So, if you feel like wasting 3 hours of your life, having things stolen from your car, getting a shitty half assed detail and pay $200 for it...turtle wax is the place to go.

Do not go here!! I noticed when I left that I was missing some items from my car. I called them and they said they will look for it. They declared they did not have it. I then explained to them I will be heading there to speak to the manager and look at the cameras. They then hang up on me. I get there and they happened to find my bag. Even after they declared they didnt have it. Keep your valuables close to you with this location.

They did a excellent job on my truck. I had it detailed and my truck looks brand new. They got some bad tree sap off and made my truck look like it did when I bought it. They are the best around. I love how clean my car looks after the wash. They use high end products to make your car look like it the day you bought it. The staff is absolutely nice and very helpful and works with you. Thank you again. Been coming for over 10 years

I brought in my wifes 97 lincoln town car on Feb 2nd for the #1 detail package and I was very happy with the the job that was done on it. Ill admit the interior looked horrible and did not think it could ever look good, but whoever did the car made the interior look brand new and the same for the exterior, needless to say my wife was ecstatic when she saw and got into her car. Had to come back twice for the same service that they havent done in the first place and still was not done, terrible, terrible, terrible experience do not go there!!! The worst is the manager Omar who talk to you like he is doing you a favor for you bringing a business to him . No more business to displace from me or my family or friends.
