Id give this location 0 stars if I could. This Delta Sonic location is absolutely HORRIBLE. My Fiance and I paid $30 for a 30 minute interior. They did a VERY BAD job. We were SO disappointed. When they guy who did our car came to get us to look it over, I saw so many spots that were missed. I had him go over them again and he still missed a ton of spots on my leather seats, vinyl doors, and other spots. The car was also not vacuumed all the way either. I wish I never tipped the guy. We were so upset about it, I called the manager when we got home and explained to him what happened. Paul was nice and told us to come back and they would redo it for free. I thought that was a very nice gesture and I was almost certain the second time around would be a better experience. Well, I was wrong. The second time was just as bad. Spots missed EVERYWHERE. How hard is it to wipe down leather seats and doors and vacuum right? You have 30 minutes to do it. Half of it is done before the car even gets to the final cleaner. It is done on the line inside. All the guy did was use the sanitizer all over our car for over 15 minutes. That was excessive. 15 minutes max is enough the other 15 could have been spent cleaning all the spots that were missed. Absolutely terrible. I will NEVER go back to this location again. Melrose Park is the best location to go to. They know how to do their job. Palatine location is just bad and the staff clearly dont know what theyre doing. Stay away from here. Both the people who did my car didnt deserve the tips we gave them, at all. I wish I could get them back now.

"Do Not Go To This Place" if you want your car body smooth and without scratches! Very disappointing when you take your car to be washed and sure new car that cost over $40,000.00 end up with so many scratches. Not very good cleaning, guys/kids who wipes cars using dirty rugs and so many times you see they drop them on the ground and just takes them to dry your car with all the dirt and sand. Be aware that your car will be destroyed within few visits to this place Nothing against company and they have good ideas but kids that works here dont pay any attention or respect to customers. Used interior car wash as well same time and my 12 year old could do better than workers who currently work on your car. You pay for 30 minutes service of detail cleaning and watching them through the window they actually spend 10 minutes and rest of the time they trying circling around till they kill the time. Just look who they do your car when you do there and you will know what I meant to say. I dont want even to start saying how bad cleaning was, very very disappointed with service from delta sonic car wash. I just going to cancel now my membership service with this location. If I could give 5 stars below zero I would. Now at least 1 star. Stay away from this car wash and have car without scratches.

I simply hate delta sonic. The damage my car and the driver behind me car during into the car wash tunnel. They F...ing simply refused to pay for the damage. I have to go to my insurance company. Very disappointed,with my detail today. Very disappointed with response when I complained. Plenty of excuses why its okay that they did a shitty job, we were busy and things get missed because we are rushing, but still have to pay full price. I was insulted and called names, by the "highest ranking official" present (Brandon), his words not mine. We were never asked if we were satisfied, the dry down tech walked away from the car, we called him back to wipe the dirt off and he walked away again. Brandon said there is no way that could have happened with major attitude. Your company failed to do the job today, calling me names does not help the situation, shame on you Delta Sonic. Online chat with Margaret in Customer Service was very productive, she even apologized, what a concept, Brandon could learn from her work ethics. Thank you Margaret.

I was not very happy with my experience. I paid $60 for vinyl treatment and interior shampoo. Many spots were missed in being cleaned and they got the vinyl treatment on my interior lining which has left marks on it. When they were cleaning my car it seemed like they were not focused on the job and chatting with other co-workers who seemed to be on break. This extended my wait time and seemed to impact the quality of service. Sometimes I feel like this is what you get when you have what appear to be highschoolers running your car wash. When I got home I had to finish the job myself so it would have been easier for me to just have done it myself. I wont be spending my money here again for an interior cleaning. I recommend trying arlington car wash instead which is just off rand.

Just cancelled my unlimited wash program. A complete train wreck. I have a reward for a full detail. I have had to leave several messages to make an appointment because no one in the detail department ever picks up the phone. Never received a call back. My last call I waited on hold 30 minutes and finally gave up and called the corporate customer service which just transferred me back to the local Delta Sonic where I was finally able to make an appointment only to be told that if I dropped my car off at 8 A.M. they could not guarantee I would have it back by 5 p.m. I have had windshields replaced on my car in less time than it takes them to do a detail. People cant handle over their vehicles for 10-12 hours when we have jobs to do and kids to pickup. Horrible customer service.

Had to go 3 times through the wash with the manager doing the last one to remove some dirt around the wheels and fenders while the rest of the bums who work there were watching how it is supposed to be done scoffing... Horrible wash, horrible service, had to spend 1 hour there. And I am not that picky when it comes to car cleanliness. Just wanted to get it washed after I drove through a construction area... Wanted to get my money back at the suggestion of another manager, but when they realized it was part of a 3 pack wash, they could not figure out how to do it without receipts, other coupons, etc... Complete BS... After I use the last coupon from the 3 pack wont go there again. Simoniz on Rand and Lake Cook is cheaper and better anyway.
