I went to these guys on a Sunday when no one else was open, or all booked up. They not only did an amazing job, they were also kind enough to drive me the 2.5 miles to the closest Metra stop so I could get around while they were working on the car. When I got it back it was as clean as I have EVER seen it, even when I got it off the lot. I have detailed it myself and I know how much work it is. I have tried to get that black tar funk off the chrome and it does NOT come off completely no matter how you try to do it. These guys got my wheels sparkling. Amazing. And they got me right in. I have no idea why they dont have so many customer except maybe that they are kind of back inside this little "Auto Mall" so theyre not visible from the street. Go see them. They rock.

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new place to detail my Charger, someone I could trust to treat my Zoey as if she was their own and I couldnt be happier to have found Pretty Car. I relied heavily on reviews in my decision and a place that has nothing but 5-star reviews cannot be ignored (literally all 5-star reviews. Thirteen reviews: thirteen 5-star reviews. Now 14). Eddie is friendly and thorough (I had to make sure I didnt run his a** over when I was leaving because he was still polishing). The guys do great work. Thanks again to Martin for giving me a lift to the Panera down the street. Took about 5 hrs for a full Int/Ext detail, right on point with what I would expect. Take your vehicle here; youll be happy you did!

These guys do an amazing job. My boyfriend took his mustang to them and they did a full detail inside and out within 1 day, he had his car back the same day he dropped it off. Thats impressive for a thorough detail. They shampooed the carpets, cleaned all the interior including the seats, washed, buffed and waxed for a very reasonable price. It was well worth the money and we will definitely be bringing our other cars to them. I highly recommend pretty car.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to make their car/truck look new again.. Excellent service and staff.. Dropped off my dirty old truck and the next day it was like a brand new truck again from the inside out.. they even made the rims so clean and shiny i thought they were new rims.. no joke.. Dont waste time looking for another auto detail shop.. this is the one.. i know i will be going back for many years to come..

Ive read the first review about this place stating Go see them, and I did. Eddie greeted with a smile, looked at the car and done... 40 min I was out with a wonderful experience. These guys are brilliant and know things in and out. They value each customer, understand what and how it can be fixed the best possible way. I would definitely suggest Go see them, you will not be disappointed. Customer delighted at its best.

I brought my super dirty car in on 10 minutes notice, and they took excellent care of me. I had planned on ubering home and back but they had a guy drop me off and pick me up when it was done. They were very busy and still got my car in and out in time for me to make it to work. Worth every penny, I will definitely be going back.

These guys are awesome, they even took my car and dropped me back off at work since it was going to take more than my hour lunch (tons of dog hair) and they dropped it back off to me before I was leaving work.
