I take both of my trucks and my car here at least twice a week and the guys there do an amazing job!! I have never seen my suburban so clean and shiny! Even when I bought it brand new it wasnt that shiny! The guys always do a great job and they dont even make me pay the $2 oversize fee and one day i even got $3 back just because i couldnt pay with my phone!! I dont understand why you guys are giving these guys a crappy review when you can get the same quality car wash and detail as an $80 place but for half the price!! I recommend this place to all of my friends and their families and i will continue to do so until someone proves otherwise that this isnt the best car wash

This is my second time under the new owners. Was a regular before. Both times the car was not clean when finished. Like the previous reviewer, the brushes are not rotating, the front of my car was still coated in salt, it took so long the first time through, even though they were not busy, that I just let it go. Inside was not cleaned at all, even though I paid for it. The personal working are also less courteous and looks more like a gang operation. It reminds me of the car washes near my office on the westside where the car wash is just a cash business front for laundering drug money. Skip this place, I am sure the owners wont mind either.

WILL NOT GO BACK. HOPEFULLY, YOU WONT EITHER!!! Been going there for years. Today, I explained to the manager on duty that the brushes didnt even rotate to wash my car. He told me they were working just fine. Also, I was informed they just purchased the place and theyre getting everything fixed. How the hell can things be working if youre going to fix them? I was just getting ready to buy another package pass and I just said that the service has been so horrible lately, I refused to ever go back. Every time, I go there they keep getting worse and worse. Definitely will not return

Worst car wash Ive ever been to. You would think they would vacuum the back but they didnt. I had to ask them to vacuum the back and under the seats. They also lost my drivers side weather tech (they put it in someones car) but they have not replaced it yet. Its been a week and the owner doesnt want to talk and is making his employee pay for it but Ive not gotten an answer either way. Dont even waste your time going to this place. They gave me the replacement cost only after I posted this review. Still the owner would not contact me, like to hide behind his workers.

This is my first time I went there inder the new management. The guy who took the car was not polite at all. Didnt even say hi and acted like i am disturbing him. Then there was another guy drying off my car. An old mexican dude with white beard. I asked him if could remive the treesap from my window. He asked me if i had something to put over there pointing towards the tip jar. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never go there again

Had my car washed the other day. Terrible job. Was supposed to clean the Windows inside and out. Didnt clean the Windows inside at all. They definitely werent in a rush because it wasnt busy. There were no cars when I pulled in and one car behind me. Been here quite a few times and never satisfied. The only thing to praise is the ppl at the register are really friendly. Thats about it

I dont understand the negative reviews. I take my cars here about once a week and the results are so much better than any other car wash Ive been to. They are quick, friendly, and inexpensive for the amount of service you get. Their detailing services are also wonderful. My car came out looking like it just came out of the dealer brand new. Highly recommend.

I just went in for a basic wash and confess the car was pretty dirty inside and out. However, after the "wash", I couldnt discern any difference whatsoever. The roof, hood, trunk, and windows were just as dirty and the interior had not even been vacuumed at all! Im especially embarrassed at myself since I left a $5 tip without even looking at the car.

Total rip off!! Paid 21.95 for wash, and cleaning. They didnt wipe the dash, clean the windows, bake dust still on my wheels, didnt wipe the door jams, and missed dirt on my hood and no under car wash either. I will NEVER go back!! They should be reported to the BBB for false advertising and fraud!

how can you allow your employees to cus at me in spanish? it doesnt seem fair. i am the consumer im giving you business. the car wash is expensive and they did not do a good job so i didnt tip. and i had my mexican girlfriend with me who was very offended.they wouldnt stop staring and her and winking

Terrible ! Worst service possible! Inside was not vaccumed and barely wiped at all. Two Inside windows not touched at all... I got in my car and asked if they can clean inside again... guy walked in from the passanger side with a cloth and wiped once that side only and left.... just terrible!!

Couldnt be any happier. Got a full detail done on my minivan. Heading out on vacation and now thanks to Premier, looks brand new !!! No negative comments only more recommendations to my friends, family and coworkers. Thanks for a great cleaning !!

I paid 15 plus 5 for tip . Interior wipe and windows was supposed to be cleaned but horrible job. Drying is included but the rags they use leave lint and they miss a lot of surface. Honestly they are fast but not worth 15.

My car went in the wash with a brand new windshield and came out with a foot long crack in it. No one accepted responsibility so I had to pay hundreds out of pocket for this. Going to find a new car wash.

Great place I own 3 high end cars and Mike and Lisa are very friendly the wax job on my black Mercedes glowed. Buy a card and its 5 bucks with specials all week. No I dpnt own the place!

Worst attitude, TERRIBLE job cleaning. Should have gone anywhere but ROCKYS which by the way the jerk working there told me to. How do they do business with so many refunds HORRIBLE!

Went there today 1/14. They did a lousy job vacuuming, they didnt even vacuum in the back of my jeep and it was empty, plus charged me extra because its a SUV. No going back.
