I brought a truck here a few years ago and the truck came back like new! I even went in the back and give the guy a tip for doing a great job. I went back last week and when I got there I looked the car over and there was still dirt on the bumper, I opened the hood and there were still leaves and dirt all over. I looked at the engine and it looked like they just poured some cleaner on it. I called the guy over and he said it would be extra for the things I pointed out. I said I paid over 200.00 it is not extra. I think it was the manager who came over and he started shaking his head and said give me 10min. I said keep the car and do it right. He walked over to the employees and had a conversation with them. Three hours had passed, so I called and they said “Oh the car has been ready” don’t know why they didn’t call. When I got there I turned the headlights on (I have popup headlights) bugs all over them. I called the manager over again and he wiped them up. When I got the car home I was finding dirt in other places. Under the car had not been washed and I would think that would be easy because they could have just sent it through the car wash. Not worth the money at all. A girl at the front said they are under new ownership. That might be the issue, but really a frustrating day spending over 200.00 and the car is still not clean.

I went to get my car detailed before a car show along with my husband and our good friend. My husband got exterior detail (which included clay bar, buff, and wax) and engine detailing, for the engine detail the guy sprayed some cleaner on it and left it there. Didnt wipe it off or anything, with an engine detail you would expect your engine detail to be taken care of and cleaned, far from it. None of our cars got buffed, now whether they did the clay bar treatment, I am not sure. My car came back with EXTRA scratches, more than before I took it in. When I asked for a refund they told me I couldnt have a refund because they already did the service then I informed him that they did not do the complete service and I was upset that they went through my car (and my husbands) and that it came back with scratches. I went back later and he said he could only refund me $40 out of the total which I did not understand and he said that he knows for sure that they the did clay bar the car but not sure if they buffed it, but he said he was not at work at the time they did the services. So it sounds like its a regular thing for them to not buff the car but to only clay bar and spray wax it. I will not be returning here for the service was terrible and managers looked confused and scared.

very dissapointed. my bf rec this place to me. i went there and got a deluxe wash and a basic interior which included a basic vacume and wipe down of the interior. i expected the car to look ok when i was done, i knew it wouldnt be perfect. first and foremost i had to remind them to vacume my car !!! how do u forget to do that ? when i got my car back there were streaks of dirt on the side of my car and my interior looked like crap. they cleaned my windows after they wiped down my dash. so what happened was when they sprayed it cane down on the vinyl again and made huge spot marks all over !!! not only on thr front of my car but my back as well. if i could post pics of thr job they did i would. i am very disappointed w the service i recieved. and yes i still tipped the guy bc im not rude however i will not be returning.

Raceway car wash is good yet some must remember if any interior service to be done nice and quick, the owner must make sure nothing is on the carpet nor seats. As well as garbage on the floor because they begin to take a little longer. They have warning signs before entering the car wash as they usually get complains for such stickers and wipers being lost. Talking about wipers one must remember to always turned them off automatic and to make sure and give a tip to the employee who take care of your vehicle before leaving. Its a good car wash!

Beware if you have accessories on your car. My SUV has brush guards on the front and rear. The right passenger side rear brush guard was completely bent away from the tail light and sticking almost straight off the back of the vehicle. The attendants didnt even acknowledge the (obvious) damage until I insisted on talking to the manager. The manager ended up bending it back and re-attaching it to the side of the car with gorilla glue. The sad thing is the car wasnt particularly clean either after all of that. =(

This place is horrible. Nobody dried my car, one guy waved me down to come then he proceeded to the car behind and never got to mine. Horrible customer service, they just want your money and have no clue on how to provide good customer service. The "manager" who hands out tickets and the cashier were extremely rude. Do not go here and waste your money on horrible service. They didnt even offer to fix the problem.

It is nothing short of remarkable how the young man who detailed my car interior transformed it. My 2001 Jeep has 110,000 miles on it and he made it look like I just drove it out of the showroom. I still cant get over it and my kids keep saying "Enough already about the car!" because I cant resist pointing out what a great job he did every time we get in it. Worth every penny.

I got $99.99 detailing done here, its waste of money. After cleaning there was chewing gum on the seat belt which I had to tell them , stains not cleaned properly. They certainly dont have eye for detailing. Not worth it. There was guy who couldnt speak English was trying to explain me the work done.

Fast and quality car wash with good prices. If you cleaned your car yourself or got it cleaned here you wouldnt be able to tell the difference. Full wash, wax for a good price and youre done in 15 minutes. They also offer car detailing.

Been all over and this is the best place for detailing. Meticulous - and Im really picky. Guys were so friendly too. Got in every hard-to-reach place and were happy to listen to my short list. I;m definitely now a regular.

This place always make me happy. These guys do a great job and are always pleasant. They have 2 locations. Their new building in Arlington Heights is a real "upscale" experience.

Good and rightly priced car wash. If you are looking for a car wash where they hand dry it and clean it with care then this is a good place.
