Stay away! I really wanted to like this place, I was there on this last Saturday had one of my cars detailed and tinted, and the other one got front tints. I have to say - BE Careful! Everything may be fine, but if something goes wrong - you are on your own! I can not recommend this detail shop. I visited this shop on Saturday to have my car exterior detailed and windows tinted. I was very happy with the work when I came to pick my car up; I then also gave them my other car to tint the front windows as well; everything was great the shop was friendly. The prices were reasonable ($360 total - 100 for exterior detail, 180 for tints, and 80 for tints on front windows of my other car). I asked if they can remove the Motor Werks dealer logo on the back of my car, and Lupe responed yes, no problem. I also asked if there would be any scratches and if they knew how to do it - he responded that yes it should be fine. In the process of removing the logo they destroyed the finish on the car. I think they were using a screw driver on the back and they scratched and remove the clearcoat, base coat, and primer DOWN to the bare metal in some places. They denied that they were the ones who damaged it, and that the logo was actually covering pre-existing damage - but there were deep scratch marks even outside of what the logo would have covered and all of the scratches looked very fresh! I showed them pictures of the car before the logo removal - the owner backed off and offered to fix it himself. I said that I wanted it properly fixed by a BMW certified paint/body shop. He said no, he would do it himself and he knew how to. After going back and forth and him telling me forget it hes not going to do anything about it and for me to do what I needed to do he finally said ok, he would take care of it and we can go thru insurance. He could not find his insurance info, he also talked to my insurance company and told them he could not find his insurance info and to call him in a couple days. On Monday, I went to a body shop to get an estimate then called him - he is refusing to pay for the repair and is also not providing his business insurance info. Also, ignoring calls from my insurance company (maybe the business is not insured - I dont know). I understand mistakes happen, and I would have been still willing to come back to him in the future had he made this right - but this business does not own up to their mistakes - and Im stuck footing a $425 bill to get my paint fixed. Ouch! Stay clear!

To anyone who does not recommend this place, we apologize. If you are rating and reviewing about bad customer service, our cameras are on 24/7. We always check back, to the customer who was yelled at and "got the finger", we do not do that. We stay loyal to our customers as we did not show them the finger as the story opposes, showed us the finger first for declining his request for a car wash at 6:15pm, 15-20 minutes after we closed, no family was present and took a picture of the license plate as to that customer is not allowed back on property. To the customer who was yelled at, we do not yell, we explain many times while you did not understand. If anybody has a bad review, please come back as to we can talk out, you may describe the person on the desk and we will personally talk to them as to they will not repeat the same mistake again. The worst place that I ever visit in my life !!!!!!!! I was their customer for a while , and it was a nice place , but once when I came to this place there was a woman and I dont even know how to explain her unproffecional language and manners after I ask guys to vacuum one more time the floor matts She said that I need to pay extra money for that And when I asked why she said this is our policy But I already paid for wash and I always give them a good tip And she start yelled on me , she said so many bad words and I was about to call to the police but I think that that kind of people do not even deserve wasting my time!!!!! And if she is an employee she needs to be fired But if she is the owner I dont have comments !!!!!!

Not professional!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Maybe their outside wash is ok, but they are called Extreme Auto Detailing... which means detailed interior clean... They cleaned my car horrible. Dashboard stayed dusty... The door handles were not even touched, the rear view mirror dirty, etc. I complained to the lady at the office and asked her to send a guy back to clean better, she was so angry! Not angry at her employee, but at me, the customer!!! No Customer Service at this place! Rude people! Will NEVER visit this place again and will not recommend to anyone!

I just wanted to let anyone know that OUR hours are from Monday-Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm we are closed Sunday`s f We will be open tomorrow Monday On any other holiday that we do close or close early usually depend on weather or occasion that we may close. This place is amazing! Theyve always taken amazing care of all of my cars. They even did a complete full professional detail on my bosses porsche. The best part about this place is I can take my car here on my lunch break and they let me eat my lunch while I wait. Great prices, even better service! 10/10

This is the worst car wash, they damaged my rims, and acted like they had nothing to do with it, now I have rims that are all scratched up. would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to get your car damaged. I hope everyone that reads this does not use this.
