I switched to Delta Sonic This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a car wash. After being a customer for eight months, I had the terrible misfortune of meeting the egregious man who puffed cigarette smoke in my vicinity, rocked ripped jeans and a white tank top to work. Turns out this individual claims to be the owner. Its such a shame because the staff working under the so called owner seem very kind and compassionate. If malfunctioning self serve car wash equipment on a typical basis isnt bad enough, I pulled into the "free" self service vacuum area to clean the interior of my car. This is normal practice because every car wash Ive been to lets people use their self service vacuums.... except this one. The owner walked up to me and told me I needed to leave. I challenged him asking why, and he claimed "the vacuums are for customers only". I explained to this man that every car wash Ive ever been to in the Midwest, East Coast, and world for that matter wont ever harass a customer for using "Free" vacs weather they bought a wash or not. He demanded I leave, so I did, FOR GOOD. Seems this harsh individual has not seen past his own nose or Lockport Illinois. No customer should endure that kind of abuse and discrimination. Ever. The irony is. Those "free" vacs had almost no suction, I didnt miss out on anything. I am a proud Delta Sonic Customer now. I highly recommend them because they have affordable wash packages, detailing service, great equipment, great staff, and you guessed it! FREE VACS! No cruelty to customers either.

4:47 on Saturday no automatic service. I was trying to figure out if the place was open. After trying to see if anyone was there i thought i saw movement waited and watched there was a kid hiding behind a partial wall I got out of my car went to the glass and asked about the wash he said hold on I got to call the boss, I walked away turned around to see if he was going to open the door he put his phone in his pocket and walked out of sight. Wow.

Quite possibly the best car wash I have ever used. I have a black Danali that goes thrugh the automatic once week and it does a fantastic job. They supply towels to customers In the drying area and free vacuums. The owners are very knowledgable and always willing to help. Cant go wrong with this place!

Their machine ate a 10$ bill of mine i told them right away. The kid stuck a dollar bill behind my eaten ten and 4 quarters came out. He had ne leave my name. I called them the next day no reply i left a voicemail and no answer i have gone this location over a hundred times and will never return.

The wash here is decent. Its nice they provide towels to dry and wipe off the parts the machines missed. The vaccumes are hit and miss on wether they work well or not.

Get a subscription, its the cost of like 2 washes but you can come everyday. This is especially great in the winter with all of the salt.

Really nice car wash but with all the $3 car washes in the area it is hard to justify $9 for the same wash.

THis place does a great job, either drive through or use the wand and do it yourself. I go weekly or more.

Best wash in town.... Most soap out of any wash Ive been too. Plus they give you towels to dry youre car.

Vaccums dont eork,more spot than a leopard, and it is supposed to be spotless .you suck

Very clean,Well lit in the eve hours,the automatic wash also does a great job.
