Best gym Ive been to! I recently canceled my membership because I got another job thats not close to the gym, and I happen to live 25-35 minutes away from the gym (traffic time). So I dont want to waste a lot of gas going down over there, and back to RL. It would be great if RL makes a charter fitness over here! My only problem was with the shower stalls. Since I would go in the A.M, I needed to shower before work. Some of the shower stalls smelled so bad, and some guys left their shampoos and razor blades there. I would love to join there again, a lot of good equipment!

Watch out for hidden costs. For example, they charge yearly fee, they charge if you leave them, so their advertised $10/month will be higher. Also, pretty populated, only two squat racks in my area, which are always busy during peak hours. Id prefer upfront more expensive but straight forward and less crowded, but unfortunately its the only gym in walking distance from my work.

Very nice facilities. TERRIBLE customer service when I had to cancel my membership after several years due to extensive work related travel. HORRIBLE, RUDE IMPOLITE customer service number. I would have easily rejoined had my work schedule lightened up - now, you couldnt pay me to rejoin!

Charter is great and affordable. If I have a choice I prefer going in the evenings, I feel welcomed and appreciated. Evening staff, rock on!!!
