I booked a gel manicure and highlights /lowlights. When I called on the phone, I asked if they free form or use tips. I was informed they free formed. Come to find out when I got there and the owner was doing my nails she does not free form, she uses tips. I was very disappointed. Maybe my expectations are too high, but I expect my hands to look top notch when I leave. I had to ask her twice to trim my cuticles. My hands are uneven. Different size nails onto thumbs and ring fingers. And different length. Thus does not look like a $55.00 gel manicure. Had my hair done with Belle, and she was super sweet and did a great job. I would have liked more Highlights. However it was really difficult to tell what it looks like because... And get this... THEY DO NOT DRY YOU HAIR! you spend $150 on your hair and they do not dry it for you. So you have no idea what it looks like. I told Joey the owner and she said you have to book a cut to get it dried. Which is ridiculous. Or book a blow dry for $25. So you spend two hours getting your hair done and in the end you really have no idea what it looks like when you leave. She could care less that I was leaving with dripping wet hair in the middle of winter. Absolutely will not be giving them any more money of mine. Ill go somewhere where I am valued as a customer! Joey does not care about her customers at all.

Went here to fix an at-home-hair disaster that I didnt want to mess with and make any worse myself. Long story short I had orange hair so I came to Charles morris in hopes to get rid of the orange. The lady who did my hair kept changing what she was going to do with my hair and ended up just giving me a bunch of highlights which caused the orange to be WAY more noticeable. In the end I had the same orange hair with more highlights on the top of my head that I did not want and I spent 88 DOLLARS on it. I even told her I was unhappy with it and she looked annoyed and said there was nothing she could do. Went right to sally beauty supply after this and they suggested a toner for me that made the orange come right out. The toner was 5 DOLLARS. I went in asking for the orange to be removed and left with the same and, even more noticeable orange. NEVER will EVER give Charles morris my business again.

Ive been a client of Charles Morris since 2002. I have always left the salon feeling happy and beautiful. Its not only because of the professional hair cut I receive but its the outstanding customer service and the employees who make you feel so special. The day my oldest daughter was married, all the girls, moms, grandmas were there getting beautiful, hair, make-up, nails, waxing, champagne, muffins, laughs, giggles,chatter-chatter. What a team they provided!! We had so many fun memories. My baby is getting married next June and we are going back, no doubt. I cant even imagine going anywhere else. Chuck Morris, the owner has his own line of products named "Foundations". I purchased some of his products to try and I love it. I feel like I have my own set of hair care products except Chuck created them. I highly recommend Charles Morris, you wont be disappointed!!

I was really happy about our experience at Charles Morris. I recently had a bridal party of 10 girls and they were able to accommodate them all at 8:00 AM hair and makeup. As some people know, on wedding day typically hair and makeup puts people behind schedule. On my day this wasn’t the case, thanks to Charles Morris. We received a great price and it was extremely convenient to have all 10 girls plus the bride get their hair and makeup done at the same time. Only downside was that airbrush makeup wasn’t available. But a big bonus was we received muffins and mimosas with our package 

When I first went to Charles Morris I was just in the area and needed a haircut. I am so thrilled that I decided to stop in. My stylist Ell was amazing. She spent several minutes talking to me and asking what I wanted done. She answered all of my questions and made some recommendations for me. She double checked to make sure she was going to do EXACTLY what I wanted. She then proceeded to give me a great, easy to care for cut. I have always heard about those cute, easy to manage hair cuts. Now, thanks to Charles Morris and Ell - I have one!!! THANK YOU!! Donna

Ive been coming to Charles Morris now for 10-1/2 years! The Welcome Wagon lady had a coupon in our basket when we moved to New Lenox -- that is when I met Krissy. I really appreciate the time and attention she spends with each visit. The atmosphere of the salon is wonderful, and the receptionists welcome you warmly. Ive gotten manicures, eyebrow waxes, highlights, and low lights here and would recommend no other place. Many people ask me where I get my hair cut, and I always refer them to Krissy.

I went there for a pedicure. She was nice, the employees were friendly. The polish did not last very long. I usually go to LA nails in Mokena. But i just wanted to treat myself to something more special. She did not do anything different then the regular place I go to. The difference was the price. Double of what I pay, and my polish at the oriental place lasts alot longer.

I recently came here to have my hair dyed and cut. The place itself is a very clean, friendly, and professional atmosphere. The whole staff there is very kind and helpful with whatever you need. I am also super happy with my hair! It came out exactly how I wanted it to. I am definitely coming back, they really do know how to take care of your hair!

The staff always does everything possible to accommodate my schedule, even fitting in me in at the last minute. Im always complimented on my hair, and enjoy the relaxing spa atmosphere. This Salon is always about customer service. They take great care of you from the minute you walk in the door. My daughter always sees Bradley who does an excellent job. I highly recommend him, but you truly cannot go wrong at the Charles Morris Salon. They only employ top talent. A GEM in the SW suburbs.

I was able to make appointment same day and for the time I requested. Stylist, Jessica, listened to what I wanted and I got the results I was looking for. She recommended product and gave me future color options. Annie did a great job on my eyebrows. Staff was very friendly.
