The salon itself is very nice but the experience was horrible. I found the place on Groupon and went there for a brow service. This was the only good interaction I had of my 3 with the salon. The second time I booked a appointment for eyelash services it was a same day appointment I called at 12 and had to cancel at 5 because a death in the family. They said they will be charging me for the service anyway because I didnt cancel within 24 hours even though the policy was never disclosed with me. So they remotely redeemed my Groupon. I figured misunderstanding and since Groupon gave me the money back no biggie I re purchased same Groupon called and let them know I was coming for the same service she pulled up my account and sent me message confirmation. Upon arrival I advise the lady at the front I will be using my Groupon she said ok just show it at check out, they served me tea and started my eyelashes at 6:40. I was done being serviced around 9:20, the salon closes at 9 and go to check out. I present my Groupon and the lady say I cant use it because its limit one Groupon and because of my cancelled appointment I used it already. I let her know I never received the services or policy and I dont have the $225 for the service but I have the $90 Groupon I already bought. She suggested I cancel my Groupon and phone a friend.

I have been visiting this salon over a year for eyelash extensions and waxing. The work that Aleyna does is absolutely perfect and tailored to you. I came in extremely anxious and nervous about the eyelash extension process and she explained every detail and was so patient with my twitching eyelids!! Now, the process is so relaxing and I dont even know I have eyelashes on. Like really- I dont have to get used to the feeling of them because the way she does them I dont feel a thing. She also tailored the look of my lashes to be more natural and not the super dramatic lashes Ive seen on other people that are too much for me. I get complimented multiple times a week on them and no one ever asks if they are fake. But I tell them they are and to GO SEE ALEYNA! My eyebrows are also difficult and I thought I could only have them threaded, so she did an excellent job threading them... better than any other place I have been in 10 years, and now I just get them waxed because shes so great at waxing!!! I have also just started seeing Amanda for waxing and she is also very kind and patient with me- I hate pain and am such a baby!!! She does a great job too!

i got a "full set of eyelash extensions" done by alexandra. it was a painful process which its not supposed to be. then when she was finished i couldnt even open my eyes because they were glued shut because she did not tape down my bottom lashes correctly. then when she finished i looked at them in the mirror and they didnt look natural. i could see some lashes going in different directions and they were a hot mess. they also felt really hard and were discomforting when i blinked. then to top it off at the end the technician took me to the back to get my number so she could try to get business on the side (she wanted to do my lashes at her house next time). SKETCHY!!! no thanks. idk who hired this girl but i dont think she was even certified for lashes because this was the worst experience i have ever had.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!! I ended up purchasing a Groupon for 25$ to use for 1 wax service. I ended up being called into work and had to cancel/reschedule my appointment. Beautiful Revenge Salon told me it would be a 25$ cancellation fee or I had to forfit my 25$ Groupon, even though I never used their services! The fine print on Groupon states nothing about a fee only the Merchant agreement which should be stated in the fine print since cancellations are common. This business needs to practice better customer service! The owner went ahead and cashed in my Groupon with out even letting me know! Luckily Groupon took care of the situation for me.

This place is trash and it looks like it. The owner looks like she rolled out of bed and smells like cat pee. All she said was "hello" but I could smell it from 10 ft away, she also decided to say some rude remarks to her employees while I was standing in the same room. I walked in for a brow wax and even though they advertise walk ins I was informed that there was no one available to do the service. This place is a disgrace to Glen Ellyn. Ps I dont anyone that works here, this is my valid experience. Thank you. (The owner responded saying their sorry my friend no longer works here?)

I dont know about lashes but I had a groupon for a blow out only and ALEYNA, did an amazing job! I have kinky, frizzy, difficult hair and Aleyna gave me the absolute best blow out I have EVER had! Of course my hair always looks better when someone else does it but out of the 100 times I have had my hair wash/dryed this was the best! It is shinny, smells great, feels healthy, and is perfectly straight while having a lot of body. It has NEVER looked so good. Instant good hair day. She also asked beforehand how I liked my hair, normally they dont do that just for a blowout.
