Chic Concepts Salon is unlike any salon you will ever go to. Not only are they able to do the unthinkable with your hair, but every single person that works there is kind, caring and friendly! This is NOT something you experience regularly when you go to the salon! I have always felt welcomed and appreciated from the beginning when I first call to make an appointment. What I appreciate most about Rebecca and the Chic girls, is that they have always made me comfortable to be honest about my hair and did not let me leave without being 100% sure. The honesty is reciprocated and they will always tell you what to expect with your hair and they do their absolute best to achieve your dream look. I walked into the salon with black, boring, stringy hair and I walked out with a gorgeous blonde bayalage. Lets just say, I live in Arizona and I will hold out to only get my hair done at Chic when I visit home in Chicago! If youre reading this review unsure if you should book, dont be! Call NOW and schedule! :)

Each and every stylist at Chic Concepts is professional, friendly and genuine when it comes to helping you find the cut, color and style that youre looking for. Ive gone through my fair share of hairdressers and salons and I could tell a lot about a place just by meeting the owner. Rebecca the owner of Chic Concepts is one of the best out there. She not only is talented, but also kind and caring. Other than the owner, there is my regular stylist Maria. She has put up with how fussy, picky and direct I am. Ive always had a hard time trusting stylist with my hair because it can get very dry and brittle because of all the bleaching as well as the long length .Ive learn to trust Maria with my hair and thats a big step for me. She always does a killer job and really takes pride in her work. I get so many compliments on my long blonde hair and thats thanks to Maria.

I tried this salon for the first time last week and I must say Chic Concepts Salon and Rebecca completely won me over. I have tried several salons over the years coming from people’s recommendations and every time I walked out I was less than satisfied. Chic concepts Salon was recommended to me by several friends and colleagues but I never went. I finally had it with the salon in the local area that wasn’t giving me the best service let alone hair style. So I set an appointment with Rebecca and I’ll tell you not only is she amazing and friendly I felt like I knew everyone for years, they are so welcoming. I’m writing this post because for the last week now I have received more complements on my hair than I have in years! I feel like I’m a brand new person and I’m happy to say Chic Concepts has a customer for life! Hope this helps anyone looking for a new Salon.

What a salon!!! If your looking for a GREAT SALON THIS IS THE PLACE. I have been a client for the past 8 + years. Every time Im there I am always awed by the friendliness of the owner and staff. They all want you to feel comfortable and welcome. The salon is BEAUTIFUL and has every service needed, HAIRCUTS, STYLES, COLOR, NAILS, MASSAGE and WAXING. I have had them all and was NEVER disappointed. Forget all those high priced show off salons that make you think their doing you a favor, and try Chic Concepts, youll be sooooo happy you did. Oh!!!! And if you or someone you know is getting married, tell them about CHIC CONCEPTS. I had 2 daughters and a daughter in law have their wedding parties hair done there. The experience was not only RELAXING and ENJOYABLE, IT WAS FUN!!! TRY IT...

Hidden deep inside of Roselle, IL i found this wonderful beauty salon. After trying several hair salons in Schaumburg and going as far as Bloomingdale i finally found my salon. I cant say enough from the friendly atmosphere where every one is relaxed along with the fantastic consultation i had with my stylist. I had brought in a couple pictures of what i was looking for and Chic Concepts Salon gave it to me exactly. The color came out amazing and the cut is spot on to what i wanted. After this experience i later booked an appointment for a undo for a wedding that i was part of. I am extremely happy to say i received more complements on my hair then i ever have had in my life combined. They have made me a customer for life. I highly recommend Chic Concepts Salon.

This hair salon is the best hair salon I have been too. I have gotten many things done to my hair and everything that has gotten done was the best! I got the Pravana Protection. It makes you feel like you have a whole new head of hair! It made my hair smoother, shinier, and much easier to straighten. It took me about an hour to straighten my hair, now it takes half that time! People with curly, wavy and even straight hair would love this treatment, it is safe and easy to do. I would recommend getting your hair done at Chic Concepts Salon because I am always happy to go in and come out and every lady that works there are the nicest people you could ever meet. I have been going to Chic Concepts for a number of years. The entire staff is friendly and gracious. They will always try to accommodate you for your appointment time if at all possible. Each stylist will listen to you before they begin. That way they know exactly what you want. They will give you suggestions. They will confer with other stylists if they have an idea for you that is something different for you. They explain exactly what they are doing and what they use on your hair. You are never in the dark about what your hair will look like. But I can tell you this. Your hair will look beautiful and feel great. And... You will have had a wonderful time. Go. Enjoy.

im new in bloomingdale IL ,my hair was really bothering me,,i asked my frends for a good hair salon but they all live way too far away from me,chic concepts is on my way to work,from outside u wont even notice it,i saw it coincidently den browsed on internet 4 reviews about dis place ,didnt find a single bad review about this place,so took the risk of going in without any referral,.rebecca cut my hair and she did excellent job,she did it so quick nd exactly the way i wanted it,shez really frendly ,wont let u get bored a sec.my hair looks amazing

I am new to the Roselle area and I have a hard time trusting people with my hair. I put my trust in Maria, from Chic Concepts, to cut my hair. She was everything I could have hoped for and more! Not only a sweet individual but a fantastic stylist! She has earned my trust and respect! I cant wait to see what fun things Im going to let her do to my hair next time! Thank you Maria! I highly recommend this salon to anyone near or far! The salon staff is exceptional and the salon is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!
