WORST HAIRCUT EVER....2 inches off turned into 5 and nothing was even. I will admit that the "stylist" had the gift of gab, as she was more concerned with telling me how she hated working there and was trying to get her own business...HA!!!! She couldnt work the register to allow me to get the 2 for 20 haircut...(Thank God!!!! ) Im still trying to fix my hair after 3 months. I answered an online survey, wanting my money back (and my hair???) and got no response. RUN away from this salon...seriously. I shouuld have known better, but it was holiday season, and I was thinking..."Why not"

I went to smart style in Darien and the stylist there are very nice and caring they new what they were doing the manager catrina and the stylist were very nice to me my cut color and over all service was very great and Im so glad I found this place there was a stylist there I think her name was Kristine she helped me with my product needs my style that I wanted and the Color they do great work and I am going back to this salon

So unprofessional!!! I scheduled an appointment for my child to get her hair done for an event and no one was at the salon when we got there. I waited 20 minutes and asked an employee at Walmart if they knew how to get a hold of any one he just said, "we have nothing to do with them". So frustrating! No one called to say they were running late or apologize.
