I recently visited the Regis Salon in Mayfair Mall. The stylist did a great job on my cut and highlights. However, my shirt received damage from the bleach. I can get over the shirt, accidents happen. Unfortanely, what I am outraged about is how the manager, Michelle, dealt with the situation. As soon as I realized what happened, I called her, and in a very short rude tone she responded,"Well that is why we have you wear a cape." I was wearing a cape. Then she continued on also in a very abrasive tone, "So what do you want me to do." No apology was EVER offered from her. Now, I am more upset about her than I am about my shirt. Therefore, I contacted the corporate office, and yes my shirt will be taken care of, but the point is that it should never have gotten to that level, the manager, Michelle, should be well versed in customer relations and should have handled that situation professionally and with respect. In addition, in an industry all about image, upon entering the salon where the haircare products are displayed, they were dusty and some where displayed with cracked and broken caps. This salon warrants a visit from upper level management with some retraining in customer service!

The hairdresser, Daniel kept complimenting about how great my hair was. And the only thing he did well was blow drying and shampooing. I even brought a visual that my friend has (she looks so gorgeous in her new hair style, so I wanted that same style and brought it to the salon). He didnt even seem to look at it carefully. And the hair turned out not bad but it wasnt even close to the style I like. He also cut my front hair way too short and apologized me for that. Overall, I wasnt satisfied with the experience.

BOOO!!! honestly one of the WORST salons Ive been to. I went in to get a relaxer, when she got finished and after a couple of days LOVED my hair. But then on the third day I started noticing shedding. (Like ALOT!!) than my hair started falling out in the back and the middle... I wouldnt recommend it to one of my worst enemies. BTW the girl who did my hair, her name was Jasmine ☹️☺️....

Stylist told me he has been cutting hair for 15 years. Figured hed be good. I went to get an A-line bob but the stylist didnt know what that was and wanted me to show him a picture even after I told him how it looked. Then he constantly kept parting my hair his own way when I kept telling him that it wasnt the way I part my hair. Annoying.

This salon is actually cheaper than the ones in the burbs! Love my stylist! Chewy is better than any other stylist Ive had in the last 6 years, and nicer! Wanted a more modern cut, and she could do what no other salon could do anywhere else. So to sum up, better and cheaper too!!

I just got my hair trimmed and colored with Kristin tonight. Completely blew my mind. My hair had never been so perfect. She definitely deserves the master stylist title. And so great with color. I just feel in love with my new stylist!!!!! Thank you
