Horrible experience this time. I have been its customer since a year and this time my experience was so horrible that i am here to write about my experience so that others dont face the same problem. This time i went there for eyebrows and waxing. I had to get ready for a party and went there with very high expectations. But these ladies made my visit so painful that i will never visit again this place and will never recommend anyone to go there. The lady who did brows made it a complete mess. Now whenever i go out, all of my friends ask me what happened to you, are you ok that makes me little nervous and embarrass. Even when i asked her that you didnt do it in right way, she started arguing saying it was like this only and called in another worker to support her mistake. Looks like this strategy they follow to cover their every mistake. Called in more workers to pressurize client and then let the customer face the problem. Same thing happened with waxing as well, the lady peeled my skin at many places and now i have so many rashes all around my legs and arms. Probably it was a bad day for me, but will strongly recommend not to go there. Last time, i had my visits with Vaishali and she was so good and listened every request so patiently. In her absence, its waste to go there. Hope we could get some good beauticians like her at this place.

Ive gone there for the last couple of years for eyebrow threading. I purchased a gift card when they were running a special for a $50 gift card for $40, but kept forgetting to take it with me. The last time I went there they refused to honor the gift card due to its age, which I think is ridiculous because its the same as prepaying for the services. While Ive never had a serious complaint about their work there are other places that do eyebrow threading and I wont be going back to Signature Brows.

I am very impressed by this salon. They did a fantastic job threading my eyebrows. She was quick but took enough time to get the job done right. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back. The only downside is that I couldnt put my tip on my card but that is easily fixed by carrying cash.

Went there for the first time today, and the technician messed my eyebrows up. I think she may have been new, because she kept asking for assistance. Anyways I had to fix them myself. On the bright side the staff was friendly and the salon was clean and relaxing.

Horrible...ive been going there since it opened. I like the same person to do my eyebrows...i request her shes busy..i try to make an appt she only takes appts for wax.she says the others are good....yea right

Fast, convenient location, and reasonably priced. Professional staff who clearly know what theyre doing. It is difficult to find people that are legitimately good at threading brows.
