Dont think Im gonna go back. The salon looked great, but I didnt really like the gal who cut my hair. No conversation, really. While she was cutting my hair, I was turned to face the other chairs in the salon 95% of the time and couldnt see how she was cutting my hair. My hair was a medium length and I had only wanted layers in while keeping the length, however, I got a choppy A line haircut with a noticeable long tail.. it didnt look extremely horrible, but not great either. The instructor that was there didnt check my hair thoroughly, she glanced and said, "Oh, that looks nice." My hair was also washed with cold water which surprised me because it was so cold and thats never happened to me before. I also got smacked in the face several times with my own hair when she was clipping/flipping my hair up to cut it. I understand theyre students but Ive had my hair cut by other salon academies/schools before and the student who cut my hair today didnt leave a good impression on me, I didnt like how I was taken care of, and I didnt get the cut I was asking for/it didnt turn out the way I wanted it to.

I spent over two hours at this salon. I completely understand that these people are students so I was patient when it took an hour to remove my previous gel nail polish. The lady ripped the polish off and destroyed my nails. I understand there will be some damage to the nail but I had super long decently strong nails. I ended up filling/shaping one hand on my own. In the end all of my nails had to be much shorter than I desired because they over filled my nails. The instructor painted all of my nails so I thought they would look good. I was wrong, as soon as I get home Im ripping all of this polish off. Im embarrassed just to be out in public with the way they look right now. How do they expect the students to learn and be successful in the future when this is the job the instructor did. Biggest waste of money ever!!

Fantastic!! They have teachers monitoring the students to help them if needed, but the girl I had was very knowledgeable. It was my first facial and it was amazing. My boyfriend went too, when it was done he said he loved it and felt "man pretty"!!

I received a facial today from Kelsey. It was amazing. By far the best facial I have ever had. I have been to many spas and even though she is still a student she did far better than any other esthetician I have ever had. I highly recommend her.
