The salon has a very friendly manager who is very helpful and polite. However, I feel the owner (who is the only stylist) doesnt listen well to the clients expectations. In my opinion, she charges too much for her services and doesnt provide a great result. The color she uses is not adequate. When I had my roots done, the color faded within the week. I had to go to another stylist who used bleach to fix it.

I love Bella Vita Hair Salon! The owner/hair stylist Stephanie Tranchina is outstanding. I will never let anyone else cut or color my hair again. She does an outstanding job. The salon is also very clean and well kept. Stephanie is also flexible with her hours which is great if you work late! I will always be a faithful customer of Bella Vita in Slidell.

Friendly, but canceled an hour before my appointment. Very last minute. At least it wasnt the day of my wedding, it was only the cut and color getting ready for my wedding.
