I went here to workout recently. I have only been a member for a few weeks. I worked out and ended it as I always do: in the massage chair. After utilizing my second token, some disheveled female staff member comes up to me in a very militant manner and says, "Whats your first name? Spell it. Whats your last name?" As she interrogated me, she walked towards the desk, causing me to have to raise my voice to be heard. I guess she assumed (after I had been there over an hour) that I was not a Black Card member. I left voluntarily because I could see her tyranny was just beginning. I looked up my email while in the locker room, and showed the male staff member my verification that I was, in fact, a Black Card member. He did not apologize, he completely took sides with the female. He simply said, "Shes just having a bad day." What ever happened to good old customer service?

Becky, the store manager, was happy to throw her employees under the bus when handling my situation. Initially I tried to cancel my membership and she made it extremely difficult (apparently I couldnt cancel a membership connected to my bank account for a then ex girlfriend...all of which she gloriously denied on the phone later). Turns out they continued to bill me for the account and when I mentioned their mistake she became argumentative and practically hung up the phone saying a refund will take 5-10 business days (they will only refund 2 of the 4 months they charged extra for by the way). My advice. Go anywhere else. They arent happy to help you or make being active easier. Just save your money. Otherwise itll take weeks to get back only half...if you can handle some old ladys attitude.

I signed up for the Black Card memebership in order to bring my 15 year old brother with me so he does not have to pay. I asked one of the staff members at least 3 times if it was okay to bring my brother and he told me yes, just say you are his guardian. So I finalized the the membership and brought him the next day, the man at the desk told me I cannot bring him and he has no idea who told me that. So the membership was purposeless. Also, out of all the Planet Fitnesss Ive been to this is the most outdated and unorganized. I never got a tour either and had to ask for my tshirt. Used to love it but now very disappointed.

This is the worst gym ive ever been to. Becky Johnson the general manager has a lot to learn. They charged me on 2 different accounts under the same name. When asked to resolve the issue Becky did nothing to help. She is very rude. Instead she revoked my membership thinking I was trying to pull a scam. She even printed a photo of my and taped it to the counter saying DONT LET IN. Ive even had my stuff stolen in the locker room and again she was no help at all. Only rude. Dont ever trust this staff or BECKY!!!

I have not had an experience there yet. After reading the reviews current and past reviews about the staff. I think Ill pass on this gym. The manger doesnt value customer opinions if they still have a RUDE team leader like Becky Johnson working there.After over a year of complaints about her. The staff is only doing what they see there manger doing and the way shes treating people. Wake up its called learned behavior.

One of the receptionists gave us a dirty look, and we saw her being a dick to this hispanic guy. Id hate to say she was being rasist, but what else can you think? She had an attitude towards me and my collegues as well, we also witnessed her being nice to "whiter"crowds. We considered getting a membership, but were going to "make it rain"in another gym away from her and the manager whom hired this individual. :)

Idk what people are talking about. The staff is alright, mainly just laid back and just stay outta the way. They are mostly younger kids. The equipment there is great with a good setup. The only problem I have with the place is that they say there is no "gym intimidation" but they let ABSOLUTELYJACKED people walk around half naked screaming when they lift, but its whatever. Overall, its a nice place. 4/5 Stars.

I wish I had known better otherwise I would have joined at the one on 95th and Western. My friends joined that one and pay $10 a month for what Im paying $20 for. They also have a friendlier staff and their massage bed works. Also I was given a key fob that doesnt scan so I pretty much have to be entered into a system every time I go to a PF outside of this one.

Always clean. Some of the people that work there are rude and seem like they dont want to be there. But I wasnt going there for the staff, I was there for the equipment. Massage chairs were absolutely epic! I only left because they dont have separate classes. Otherwise, great place and very reasonable cost.

Usuallu gets busy during rush hour. By busy i mean most machines are in use and it gets kind of hot in there.i love it after 9 its lonely and really focus more on ur personal workout goal for the day Overall well clean and maintained.

When i signed up the lady behind the counter was juat rushing too much...handed me a paper to look at and kept helping others. I got the black membership and was not given what was advertised...no tour of the place. Just bad service

I went there on Saturday night because my home gym isnt open on weekends. I went like 11/11:30 and staff was super friendly. I enjoyed my workout and the gym was very clean. I would highly recommend it........

Really clean and nice people BUT the manager was extremely rude. After bringing a guest for about 10 visits she told me I was no longer allowed to bring one. Instead of being informative she was rude.
