This small neighborhood shop is not your big box hardware store. Ive gotten all my key dupes there and all have been perfect, work like butter. They have every single blank you could imagine, plus key fobs, key chains, security locks for doors, anything related to locks and security. The service, however, is what puts them SO far above the rest. Very cheerful and extremely friendly and helpful, its service like you dont see anymore these day.

We got an estimate from these people to redo several locks and doors at a total of $560. When I attempted to get a breakdown of the estimate to see if we could economize on any part of the work, they suddenly decided that they were not interested in doing the work at all. They were polite, but would not provide any explanation. I am puzzled.

I have been going to PHS since I moved into Forest Park 13 years ago. I would not go anywhere else. They are reliable, knowledgable, and professional. They can answer any question you throw out them and help you with any lock/door/knob/safe/etc issue I have had. Their products are top notch. 5 starts all the way around!!!

Went there a while ago based on the reviews seen here. Walked in politely and asked a simple question. Lady that was there with another gentleman both seemed bothered and said had no idea what I was talking about and continued their conversation... I pretty much didnt exist... Oh well took my business elsewhere.

I spent my morning going to many different store and they all didnt make the key (its an old key) and then i remembered i came here with my boyfriend and they have it! They were very helpful!

I needed to find and obscure locks for my sliding glass door. It took the lady less than 5 minutes and she found it right away, very satisfied.
