Dont go there they are the biggest cheaters and the biggest liers ever I booked them 2 weeks ago for remote start and alarm they gave me a price on the phone for the type of car that I have $275and when I went there they said they want 450 or they are not going to touch the car That would have been fine if they told me this price on the phone but they waste my time and made me come from far away for a price that I could find it right next to my house !! Plus the manager there who is called was so rude and unrespectfull at all , opposite of when I talked to on the phone They just opened recently , they should treat there costumers well to bring more customers , but they were totally opposite DONT GO THERE

Almost Perfect place to put an alarm and remote starter for you car.. The owner or whoever is always picking up the phone or talking inside with customer is always polite and informing you about prices.. I did the two way alarm with pager and remote starter.. after a couple days of using it on my car went back to change the sensitivity of the alarm and they did it with no problem.. only problem I had is they did little mess installing alarm inside so lots of wires... under my mat.. for $400 they could at least clean after themselves

Best place Ive ever done business. Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and up to date. I wanted copied of keys to my 2017 yukon and the dealer couldnt do it themselves since they havent received the proper software. I called transponder city and they got the job done and cheaper than the dealer! Highly recommend to others. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Very rude!! Seem to be disgusted by Americans. Do it their way, an pay and wait!! Or they become bothered by you. God forbid you ask inquiring questions. They say... you can have your money back, we are very busy!! An dont need the hassle. $400 seems to be the going price for any and every thing wrong with your car.

I called them for a key for my mini Cooper. After getting a quote for over 400$ i went to bmw of orland park and got one for 178$. If you cant beat the price of a bmw dealership then you are doing business wrong.

Great experience. I have a BMW and my key fob wasnt working, I thought I needed to buy a new a key from the dealer, but Sam was able to reprogram it and save me alot of money.
