We had Bullis Lock come out to replace the doorknobs on our house and re-key them all alike. They were able to do the job the day after I called, were on time, professional, and courteous. If that is all we needed, I would give them 5 stars. But, I also wanted the handle on our sliding glass patio door replaced with one that could be locked with a key from outside. I was told they would special order it for us. That was in Sept. 2015. By November, I had not heard anything so I called back. I was assured they had not forgotten us; our handle was hard to find and on back order. George said he would follow up with the company and get back to me. That was the last I heard from him. Fast forward to April 2016. The old patio door handle broke. I did not bother to call Bullis back. Instead, I talked to someone at a big box home store on how to properly measure for the correct handle, found the one I wanted on line (with the external key lock), and had it shipped to my door within a week. We installed it ourselves. So much for Bullis not forgetting us. If your job involves supplies they keep readily on hand, you will be satisfied. But, if it is anything that needs to be ordered, Id suggest looking elsewhere. I would not count on proper follow-up for anything that cant be completed on the first visit.

One of the last places that work on automotive locks. They are the absolute best. Timely, polite, and highly knowledgeable. Ive been using them for my mechanic shops lock coding and repairs and they have been nothing but exceptional.
