I lost my only copy of my car keys on a Sunday, though optimistic that I would find it I called Omega just to find out my options. Though when I first called on Sunday the man was very helpful and said he was available until 6 or 7. He gave me a reasonable price and length of time that it would take to create a new key. Though I continued to look I gave up around 7:15pm. I called and was not surprised to get the voice mail. I left a message and thought that I would call back, or get a call back, in the morning. However, I first called Omega at 8am on Monday morning and got no answer. I continued to call every half hour (left two messages) until 10:30am and then I just gave up. No one answered or gave me a call back. I was a little disappointed since I got in contact pretty easily with Omega the day before, and since they seemed to have so much positive feedback here and on Yelp. Maybe someone else will have better luck!

My wife and I drove into the city on Sunday to get something to eat at a restaurant and we realized that we lost the keys to our 2006 Toyota Camay. What are the odds? It’s a good thing I didn’t lose my Iphone I Goggled Chicago Locksmith and Omega Locksmith was the 1st to pop up. I asked them if they could send over one of their locksmiths to make me a new key and open up our car door for us and they said they would be right over since they were out in the field already. They actually showed up pretty quick and opened up our car and made me us new key. The locksmith Jose was very patient and worked real hard to get our Transponder Key programmed as well. The cost was really cheap and affordable and not what I expected for such an immediate and fast job. And on a Sunday. Omega Locksmith in Chicago saved our Sunday! Great Chicago locksmith.

This Chicago Locksmith was fantastic. My car battery had died and my key broke off in the door when trying to get in to jump the thing. I didnt need the car for anything right away so just let it sit for a while until I got around to getting it fixed. Well by the time I called the locksmith the battery was entirely shot. We couldnt even get enough power to program the new keys when hooking his truck up to my battery with jumper cables. So the man offered right away to take my to a nearby Sears so I could get a new battery. We drove off, picked one up, put it in, and he completed the job. I tried to tip him, but he refused entirely, just asking that I put in a review online. I cant stress enough just how fantastic the guy was

I will let you guys know, this place has saved my ass twice now! About 3 years ago I left my car keys inside the car while locked and I scrambled around for a company to help me out, these guys were the first ones to help. And that was 3 years ago, George came by and gave me his direct line and Ive had it saved on my phone ever since even though Im actually from Holland, MI. Then this past weekend I lost my keys at a concert and so what did I do? I looked through my phone and saw I still had Georges number saved. It was the biggest relief ever. He came right over and got me a new key and I was able to make it home on time as schedule. Appreciate the work you guys do!

RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME SERVICE!! I broke my key using it as a prying tool (note to self: keys are not for cutting zip-ties!!) in the middle of work, close to lunch. A quick Google search pointed me to Omega Locksmith and I immediately called. The guy said he was actually coming my way so he could be at the car in 15 minutes. The price seemed very reasonable so I said yes. He came as promised on his workstation van (pretty nice, organized and efficient, I must say), took a pic of the VIN and in 15 minutes I had not one but THREE new copies of my car key. Thank you Omega. Ill definitely use you again for any futuer locksmithing needs!!

My niece was in town visiting and I took her to Broadway Costumes, but when we got back to the car I could not find the keys to my 2005 Honda Civic. We searched frantically, but no luck. I called Omega Locksmith and they gave me a quote over the phone. I was skeptical about the quote they gave me, but they stuck to it, were totally professional, and best of all replaced my lost car keys right on the spot about half an hour after they got there. I especially like the fact that they are a local company, and when I got home and told my husband what happened and how much we paid, he was surprised at what a great price we got.

I needed the ignition key cylinder replaced on my 2003 Ford Focus. I read some of Omega Locksmith reviews on GOOGLE and was impressed I called Jose on Friday and we setup a meeting for Saturday @ noon he showed up ON-TIME and had my Ford Focus Ignition Problem fixed within 45 minutes with two new Transponder Car Keys. Every other Chicago Locksmith in town wanted $45.00 just to come out and take a look at it. I only wish my friend could have heard about them before she paid $450.00 to her car dealer for her new ignition cylinder! On a 2002 Ford Focus. Great customer service. Will recommend to everyone I know.

I began to panic when I realized Id lost my car keys. I drive a 2009 Dodge Caravan My keys are the ones with the computer chips. I called my local dodge dealer and was quoted a price of $400.00 for 1 new remote key. I quickly searched Google for a local Chicago locksmith and that’s when I found Jose from Omega Locksmith in Chicago. Jose was able to drive to me and open up my mini van and make me two new transponder keys for the same price as the dealer and I didn’t have to spend the money on a tow truck. I purchased a 2007 Mazda 6 with one key and needed two additional spares made. The keys have a programmed chip and remote and I thought I was going to have to go to the dealer to get them replaced (rediculously expensive). I called around and found Omega Locksmith and explained the situation. A technician Jose came out to my Naperville home the same afternoon with all the bizarre computer equipment needed to program the keys. He cut & programmed the new keys, even threw in an extra spare mechanical key, and it was significantly less than the dealer wanted. Highly recommended!

Good and Very Fast Chicago Locksmith This was the first time I called Omega Locksmith in Chicago I think the owner Jose was very quick to arrive and provide me with very professional automotive locksmith work. It is worth writing this review. I had them make me replacement car keys for my 2006 Dodge Charger, I had a lost car keys situation AGAIN, since they are a Local locksmith in Chicago and have all the equipment on there work van it was simple & quick & very well priced.
