A Ford dealership recommended me to this company and to Luis. I lost my car keys and needed a copy made asap. I called him and he said he would call back in 10 minutes. He did not. I called again the next day and he said he would call back in 20. He never called back. I gave up and called another company who sent someone out in 20 minutes! Terrible costumer service and zero reliability!

Louie and Demetrius went above and beyond. Real expert in the Locksmith business even with an antique car lock. Very efficient, kind and personable, even on this rainy , dark nite after they experienced their own emergency. The cost for the lockout and lock replacement was better than the competition too. I sincerely recommend Pilsen Heights Locksmith.

Great service at a great rate! I lost my one and only key to my car that also has an electronic chip in the key. Lou was able to get the cut pattern without calling Ford and able to reprogram the electronic portion. DAY SAVER!
