I was just at their shop to duplicate a key. After I paid for it the guy tells me the key I took to him might not work, but if it doesnt work just bring it back because "we guarantee our keys". Of course they didnt work and I took it back. When I went back I spoke to the same guy who according to my receipt is Berto. Berto tells me again that " we guarantee our keys". What I learned is that the guarantee means that they will remake the keys, but its not a guarantee that they will work. Of course I asked if I can get a refund and take it to a locksmith who can make sure the keys will work. They dont provide refunds. Keep in mind all this happened today. He told me he can remake the keys again because "we guarantee our keys". He actually did repeat that line numerous times which is why i am repeating it. I told him I dont want to waste time coming back and forth. He told me " thats not my problem". The keys that were made a second time worked, but this is definitely a place I would avoid. Poor customer service and I definitely dont get the feeling that these guys are experts at what they do.

First time going to this locksmith and the last time.....as I waited for anyone to come to the counter I heard a voice "I’ll be right there"....no problem waited and waited and while I was waiting I notice those color plastic key covers...still waiting I decided to buy two of them $.50 each as I waited and still no service so I decided to take my business elsewhere, I had already put on those plastic key things on the keys and said that I’m leaving and since there no one to charge me for the plastic key covers I just left $1.00 bill on the counter. As he notice that I was leaving asking me why am I leaving I told him are you kidding me....he came out confrontational and telling that I should be more patient thats when my blood pressure went up...he even came out the store saying something to me in which I could not hear I was already pulling out of the parking spot. Good way who to lose business never go there again

Two years ago my caravan was broken into and my mechanic had to get my column reprogrammed which I was charged $55. Car was broken into last week and called this place to reprogram the column. They told me that they would charge $155 and it might not work but the $155 had to be paid though there was no ganurantee. My hushand was told that they never Charged $55 which is intetesting so i am posting the receipt. I guess since my mechanic is Hispanic his prices are different mines even when the receipt is available for reference. Nope wouldnt suggest this business.

Very professional, responsive, friendly and quick. Some locksmiths seem to be running some shady business charging people ridiculous prices in the field after the work has already been done knowing they have the customer by the balls, but Aguilar quoted me a price and it stayed firm the whole time. Had a 2014 Prius, kids were playing with the keys and they got stuck inside; the locksmith cleanly and quickly got me unlocked and on my way. They told me it was going to be 45 minutes until the technician arrived; there was no way it was more than 15 minutes.

Went there with to get my house locks rekeyed because my other kid (this time) lost her wallet/key. I thought I was going to have to go back and forth from home, but they did the work right away. That was just good fortune. Went back home and reinstalled everything. Worked great. Prices are fair. What else do you need from a locksmith?

I went a couple of months ago and the dude was nice. I went today, another dude was in charge being so rude and not helping so I can understand what he meant. He didnt even say sorry or anything, he just ignored me... plus he was being rude and sarcastic to another customer

Fixed an antique lock that Bullis said was not fixable. Also was able to use the antique knobs that Bullis said wouldnt work anymore. We had been using Bullis since my Grandmother owned the building but these people are willing to take the time and they have the knowledge!!

bearded gentleman was very helpful patiant and courteous..he will solve all your locksmith needs.very well run operation.keys are cut with exact precision..had him cut 50 precut keys and each and every key worked as they should..

Awesome guys. Helped me get my garage door locked fixed. Its an old deadbolt but the lock was dead. Cleaned up the deadbolt and sold me a new lock. Was good to go for $20. Bought a standard door lock while I was at it.
