I always prefer going to a locally owned & operated business. Chris is very knowledgeable & professional, while still friendly & welcoming. I truly appreciate him, he is honest & helps his customers with what they need. Kenoshas "big huge Chevy dealer" tried to tell me I needed an expensive transponder key to replace a broken one for my 05 Cobalt. Chris saved me a lot of money by informing me that my car didnt need that type of key at all. He made a $3.50 key & the "huge dealership" tried to convince me I needed a key that was almost $200! Thank you so much Chris, I will never trust my lock & key needs to anyone but you. Hoernel Lock & Key Inc. is the BEST!
