I went there for a haircut and everything went okay...even though the stylist cut my hair a little bit shorter than what I requested, but it still was a good cut. So I thought that I would go the following week for my color, and that was the worst mistake! The hairstylist (Elise) spent over 3 hours on my hair because she had messed up the color so bad. We went over the colors and what came out was not even close to what I had shown her. It was so bad. So she had to tone down my hair 3 times to get the color close to what I had said...and I also wanted highlights but she didnt even know how to put the foils in. And they were almost falling out of my hair.... Anyways, all I can say is that they do not use good color products. They use permanent hair dye without telling you. (I always use semi-permanent) Elise never called for the owner or manager to get some assistance. Thankfully she did not charge me for the highlights, but she did charge a lot for the color. 69!!?? thats a lot of money for the worst hair experience ever!

Melanie is so awesome! She did such a beautiful job on my hair! I came in looking for a simple and elegant updo for a wedding i had to attend (i was cutting it close yet they still accepted me which was a sign of excellent customer service) and she blew me away with how gorgeous it looked by the time she was done. She was sweet, friendly, fast, curteous and just absolutely fantastic!!! The salon had a great atmosphere too- the layout was nothing like Ive ever seen- I will be back! I received so many compliments that night as well as the next day at work because I still had my hair up (i couldnt bear to take it down), I just couldnt believe how secure she pinned it:)... I felt glamorous and beautiful thanks to her! (Thanks Melanie!)

I love this salon! They always cut my hair just as I describe and the experience I receive, from the shampoo to the fresh coffee, makes this place that much better. I always recommend my friends come here! From my experience all of the stylists are fantastic, but I personally always ask for Sharon. She seems to have a very extensive knowledge of hair.
