Im over shopping at this Ulta. The customer service on behalf of the Ulta staff is terrible. Im not reviewing the salon or the reps from the higher end makeup lines. On the last day (this past Saturday) of an Ulta 20% off coupon, Ulta has 3 total cashiers working. The line was all the way to the back of the store. This location left up old sales tags (I didnt realize the sale was over) on some makeup and when I got to the register with my items they refused to honor the sale. They acted as if I was trying to pull something over on them. Not good customer service. Ill stick with Sephora.

Some of these girls working need to realize they are not celebrities. They refuse to ask if you need help and walk around very snooty. If there 6 there...3 of them have very nonchalant attitudes.

Michelle, in the salon, is one of the BEST hair stylists Ive ever been to. Im a stylist myself, and I will never let anyone else but her touch my hair. Im talking celebrity status.
