I recently was involved in an accident with my brand new Nissan Rogue 2015. I was rear ended on the highway. After the accident my rear bumper was hanging off and my exhaust pipe was shut closed. I called multiple towing companies and they told me the wait was a couple of hours. Right when I called E&M Auto Body Shop I spoke to the owner Emil and he sent a tow truck right away to come get my car. The tow truck came within a few minutes. I was very relieved and thankful someone was able to come pick up my car that quickly on such a late notice. E&M Auto Body Shop was able to fix my car very quickly. They were able to fix it in 2 weeks. While my car was getting fixed, the owner Emil kept in contact with me. He sent me pictures of my car getting fixed and also let me know about how much longer it would take until it was finished. When I did contact Emil or the auto body shop office they always responded very quickly and answered all my questions. Emil as well as everyone working at this body shop truly care about their customers. I was extremely satisfied with the work that E&M Auto Body Shop did to my car. The work was very precise and professional. With my car only being a couple months old, it looked brand new and exactly how I bought it after the accident. Since my bumper had to be replaced, the paint job that was done to my car was perfect in the color and quality. I was very pleased with the work that E&M Auto Body Shop did to my brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend this body shop and I will return in the future if I am ever involved in another accident.

Long story short, my car was involved in a hit and run. I was at work and I had my car parked on a side street. When I got out of work I found the damage and of course no one saw anything. As soon as I found this Body Shop I knew my car was in the right hands. From the moment that I picked up my phone to contact E&M Auto, the staff was professional and pleasant to deal with. The gentleman who picked up the phone, Jordy, gave me no fuss about bringing in my car and kindly requested for me to bring in my car anytime to assess the damage so that they could give me a quote to give to my insurance. I brought my car to the shop, and the estimator took a look at it and said let me know everything they could do to fix it and everything that he was going to add to the quote. Emil, the owner, was also very nice and friendly and he assured me that my car would be just like new after they were done with it. After my insurance approved the quote Jordy gave me the breakdown and the time frame on when I could expect to come pick up my car. Without fail, the day they promised me my car would be done, I got a call from Jordy. Letting me know everything was good to go. When I walked past my car in the lot, it looked as though nothing had happened and that the dent and scrapes was just a bad nightmare. It was completely back to normal 100% E&M Auto Service exceeded all of my expectations and beyond. These guys are trust-worthy and extremely skillful. I hope I dont have any car issues anytime soon, but if I do, Ill come back to these guys any day.

From the moment I received my estimate the staff at E&M was very kind and very knowledgeable about what my car needed to get fixed. I was in a hit and run while driving and just wanted my 2017 Honda CRV to look brand new again. Emil looked at my car and wrote me an estimate. I also spoke with Alexandra who helped multiple times along the way. The staff at E&M did an amazing job on my car. My car needed a new fender, which meant painting a new one. One thing I was most worried about was the paint matching my original color because my silver has a bit of sparkle in it. It now matches perfectly! I am so impressed! They even washed my car inside and out! I will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

I made an appointment for a small scratch on my trunk. I agreed with trying to just paint the scratch out but it was still a bit off after it was finished. So I left my car overnight and got the whole trunk repainted for a great price, especially with having 3 layers of paint. Along with doing a fabulous job on the trunk, they detailed the car at no extra cost and good thing they did because I almost forgot I had an appointment adding stripes to my vehicle the next day. Overall I would recommend them highly. The people that work there worked really hard, were patient, and were understanding of my unique situation of having other people drop off and pick up my vehicle due to my schedule. Thank you again.

In summary, I hit a deer two weeks ago and it ended up smashing up my front end. After speaking with a coworker, he suggested I check this place out. Upon reading the reviews I took my vehicle over to them and decided to give them a shot. Im not huge on speeches, so this will be short and to the point. I would highly suggest this body shop if ever in need of repairs. When State Farm failed to show up for the inspection of my vehicle, they called them for me rather than bothering me with a trivial matter. The repairs were done quickly and look just as good as it was before the accident. I was always contacted and kept updated of my cars repairs. All in all Im happy and would gladly go back.

Absolutely love the work this place did on my car. The staff is great and strives for perfection. Alex the officer manager made sure that my car was in pristine condition, Jordy the estimator tried his best to find parts at reasonable prices, Marcin the prepper made sure my car body was in good shape to be primed and painted, Ramiro who did my body work did an amazing job, and last but not least the owner Emil took very good care of me price wise and my vehicle. They tailored to my desires and always tried theyre best to fulfill all of them. This place is definitely my body shop for all of my repairs.

I took my 2013 Toyota Venza to E&M in June 2016, someone had keyed it on the passenger side all the way across both doors. They did a very professional job, they did it faster than expected, and most importantly they were super easy to communicate with. I will be going back here for all my auto body needs, and I highly recommend this 5 star business to anyone. Dont hesitate to talk to Emil and get an estimate, once you talk to his crew you will be convinced this i the place to get the job done right.

This shop is awesome, very friendly, really quick, and quality to work. Jordy and Maria took very good care of me and my car, all the way from trying to get me a car rental to making sure my car was repaired down to the smallest imperfection.
