Worse place ever! There estimated promise date is way off, they tell you 8 days & string you along for over 3 1/2 weeks to fix a freaking door!! When other shops quote 5-7 days, when the first thing I mentioned that I needed my car back asap because its registered for work and I cant work without it, Then they damage your vehicle with cigarette burns right by the door they were dragging on fixing and I dont even smoke!& dont want to take the blame then quote you$800 on the burn damage, also they rip off insurance companies by ballooning the estimate by double so making you wait extra until they approve their scam,I had gone to 3 different shops & they all said the same thing$2300-$2600 worth of damage to get a new door including Gerber where I should have gone, not$4600!! How is that possible not to mention they promised me new parts and just repaired the old one with scratches and all!!& taking 3 1/2 freaking weeks! My car should have been perfect no? Yeah right, they didnt even do the moldings right not to mention they didnt even check the other door with the molding bent and not centered right..I could actually keep going on another couple of things but whatever! If you dont own @least a$100,000 vehicle dont go there cuz they will treat you and your vehicle like garbage because your not that important like their other clients FYI.. WORST PLACE EVER!!

I took my audi there becuase thats where the exchange told me to take it. I wish i had never brought it there....they broke my locked golve box and when they painted the car the rims got destroyed on my new audi a5 s-line. They will not take the blame for what is wrong with the rims...they say they are defective ...i took it to audi to tell them what they told me and i was told that something was sprayed on the rims inorder to take part of the finish off. All i have to say is it was not like that when i brought it in. They also told me it was going to be a week and a half before it would be complete three weeks later this is what I get. A door that i have trouble closing now, rims that have the finish taken off and a broken glove box...If i were you i would think twice before taking your car to the Ultimate Paint Shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dino, Jonathon and the crew did an outstanding job repairing a small ding on my Porsche Macan this morning. After reviewing the damage Dino advised it was a minor repair and that they could make an appointment the next day. The tech was waiting for my arrival and the repair took less than an hour from check in to after job walk around. This was my second experience with Ultimate, and both were excellent. If you have a great vehicle that needs body work you will find no better place than Ultimate. On to Wisconsin for a great Labor Day.

My Porsche Panamera was damaged by motorest who did not yeld right a-way on a roundabout. I could not get my car repaired in Wisconsin and the Porsche Exchage (Highland Park, IL.) reccomended the Ultimate Paint Shop in Lake Bluff IL. These people did a outstanding job in repairing my Panamera. High end car owners get to be a bit crazy when it comes to there cars, and I guess I am one of those. I give them a FIVE star rating.

Got my Audi Q3 fixed here and had a wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was restored to its original condition. They also answered and returned phone calls and all inquiries in a timely manner. My vehicle was ready exactly when promised. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this body shop!
