I really appreciate this new gym, except for one thing: the Hydro Massage Bed. I was so glad to hear there was one, and it was advertised as "Unlimited Massage." But its turned out to be my most disappointing thing about Anytime Fitness. The use of this massage bed is extremely limited. Youre only allowed ten minutes per day. At my age and with the muscle soreness I have, I need a lot more than ten minutes. Even at massage spas, you get a choice of 30, 45, or 60 minutes. If you try to get more than ten minutes, the machine cuts off and asks for a code, which I asked for and was denied. Today, I went in and swiped my key to start the machine. But apparently the person before me stopped the bed and left with two minutes left, so the machine only let me have two minutes of massage time. I found out the hard way to check the time before I swipe. Still, the machine should reset to ten minutes every time someone swipes. And the biggie is that the time allowed should be at least 20 minutes to make it worthwhile...please! Mary Angeles Suarez

Not sure why this only has 3.8 stars. This is a 5 star gym with 5 star management. The equipment is never broken. The equipment and rest of the facility (bathrooms/ showers/ additional rooms) are always clean and smell good. They have a good variety of machines and good amount of free weights. There are supplements available for purchase if youre in need and cubbies for your belongings while you work out. The facility has a number of cameras so you can feel safe and relax. All of the members Ive come into contact with at the gym have been courteous and kind, as have the staff. The staff are extremely responsive to any suggestions, comments, and concerns as well which is hard to find. When Im paying for a service/ facility such as a gym membership like anyone else I have high expectations. Anytime fitness in Schaumburg blew those expectations away for me. I would highly recommend this gym.

Picked up a "free 7 day pass" at family video across the street. I went in to workout but was told i have to put down a $45 "key deposit". Told him I Did not have my wallet but would come back with fiance tomorrow and we would both give it a shot but can i try a workout now. He said no with no care in the world and completely disregarded my interest. we wont go here.

Definitely one of the cleanest gyms Ive been in. They have a good selection of machines for being a smaller gym. Obviously busy in the peak times but with being open 24 hours its nice to go in whenever you want. Tanning bed and hydro massager are a huge plus.

Love this place!!!!, definitely a fitness experience like no other. Very helpful staff and personal trainers, a clean and personable atmosphere with the latest equipment, and not to mention 24/7 access!...just loving it
