Ive been a black card member for a couple of years now. The turnover rate on trainers and staff is just ridiculous-- thats why the 1star! Lack of consistency! Out of the three trainers that have come and gone and who have trained me, FERNANDO was the BEST TRAINER. He inspired me to keep going and I lost about 10 lbs. in 3 weeks by just training with him in his free classes. My friends and I will have to cancel our membership... so sad.

Sadly Ive had to mention twice in one week that the bathrooms are filthy! Need a COMPLETE cleaning not just the sinks. Toilets are gross, the stalls & doors need to be cleaned.. nice layout, plenty of machines and workout area is clean but if bathroom hygiene does not improve Im cancelling. NO excuse for dirty bathrooms...gross... I said something on Friday to the front desk and came back today and saw NOTHING had been touched...

Love this gym!! I used to work there and still am an active member for my own workouts! Super clean. Friendly staff. Great members. Connor is awesome and by far one of the best assistants they have had there! He keeps the gym looking great and really listens to the members. Ive seen the trainer Fernando train clients, great work! You can tell he really enjoys his job and knows what hes doing. Highly recommend

I started out at a different location and ever since I came to the Bloomingdale location I will never return to the other one! The early a.m. employees (Vicky, Vence and Zac) are the BEST! They always have a smile on their faces and are so welcoming. The club is always in order and if something is out they refill it right away. If you are looking for a clean, and friendly, club this is the place to be.

Everyone at the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful! My two friends and I were offered a training session with Fernando. Being older than most of the guests there, we were a little nervous at first but Fernando made it a great experience. He made us feel all very comfortable and confident. Thank you for the encouragement we needed and we will definitely be going back!

Bloomingdale Staff is very friendly and helpful. Today, three of us took a class with Fernando. He was EXCEPTIONAL at keeping close watch on each of our individual abilities and heart rate. In a very kind way, he motivated each of us to do our BEST. We learned a great deal, pushed hard and had a fun time under Fernandos direction.

First off this gym wouldnt be the same without connor. A big part of why i am even writing this review is because of him. He is a very valuable asset to this gym. In all honesty i dont think anyone could ever replace him. All the staff are wonderful. They always greet me with a smile as well. I would reccomend this gym to anyone!

Stuff dont know there job !! I have silver sneakers membership from BCBS and they didnt accept . He said I dont have code on my card from BCBS and they cant accept me !! I was in different fitness businesses who are like them in the network and never have problem with that.

Love the staff! Connor and Michelle always greet with a smile. All are very helpful and try to keep the location clean. The only suggestion would be for the owners to make sure things that are worn or break from use get fixed right away otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

This Planet Fitness is open 24 hours and always has friendly and upbeat staff. No matter what time I go, its clean and there are machines available. They also have aqua message beds which are awesome after a hard workout!

This Gym has the BEST Certified Fitness Trainer I have met: Fernando Gonzalez is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone serious about losing weight! EXCELLENT staff and gym also.
