Terrible customer support. I was lured into the $20 per month membership by their staff Ryan Pokoney. Only reason I took the bait was because he mentioned there will be no cancellation charge, and the bill will be month to month. But when i had to quit after 8 months, they did not honor what their employee has told me-despite the fact they knew what Ryan guy has done to other people(apparently, he was fired to do so). So I had to pay until 1 year from the sign up to cancel my "contract" The employees are late to open on Weekends(sometimes hours.) I do not recommend this place.

I was a member for over a year. They conveniently lost my cancellation forms and continued to charge me for 5 months. I left over 30 MESSAGES for a district manager that does not work within that location to call me back. Never received a call. each time I went in there I had to wait for the staff to finish sending their text messages before I could be helped. Also, equipment is never cleaned. I saw the same piece of litter for 4 days in a row. Horrible horrible horrible

Ive gone here a few times in ths past couple years, only because theres a gym right by my house as well. Really havent had issues. I wipe down all the equipment I use and theres other larger gyms that take less care of their equipment. Dont have any kids to leave there, and If I did have kids they would have a proper baby sitter lol. For someone who just goes in and lifts, I found the current staff to be on task and friendly and have no complaints.

You get what you pay for. For 10-20 bucks a month its not bad. It is small with now benefits. When i started all the treadmills had tvs now there is really only one that is working, they have been removed from a majority. At busy times the place is busy... week nights from about 5-8 it is just packed, lucky to get on any machine or bench much yet the one you want. but for 10-20 bucks really its not a bad no frills gym.

Im not sure why the morning guy is always trying to interrupt my friends workout session but he should probably do that when hes not on the clock. Also when you join it should be $10 dollars not $20 which they falsey charged me.

Its a nice environment to lift in, the staff are nice If your looking for a good place to lift for a decent price Charter fitness is the way to go

The music at Cardinal Fitness in Schaumburg is very trashy! Music continues to be super trashy and way too loud!

Inexpensive, no frills, basic health club. Nothing fancy here. Dont pay for things you dont need or use.
