We are about to purchase our second home with the assistance of this office and our agent Kim! They also assisted us with selling our current home. Weve referred several client based on our experience and theyve referred more clients based on theirs, which I think says all that needs to be said about this office and our agent. Personally, Kim was great for our first home purchase in 2011. The market was saturated and over several months we saw 60+ properties and she walked us through exactly what to look for and what to expect. In 2016 the same happened with the sale of our house. She set very realistic expectations and kept the negotiating process between ourselves and our buyer very professional and cordial. When the sellers agent of our new home tried to pull some tactics to hard ball us, Kim was able to sniff them out and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted in the purchase. Additionally when Kim was out of town, other agents in her office stepped up to help us. I can be a very demanding client and have never been met with anything less than a smile, so I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

I am a seller whose house was sold to one of Zuhair Kaleitas clients. A few days BEFORE the closing we learned that Zuhairs client had gone into our house, without notifying our agent or us. He did ELECTRICAL work in the house WITHOUT our knowledge or permission!!! Then the deal fell through because he didnt have the down payment he had told the bank he had. THEN we were informed that Zuhair was advising his client not to authorize the release of the earnest money to us because he had done work which we owed him payment for!!! Zuhair Kaleita told his client that he could go into our house, property which he did NOT own, do electrical work without notifying us!! This is flat out illegal and unethical and then he had the audacity to tell his client that he deserved to keep half the earnest money to pay for the work he had done! When our agent spoke to Mr. Kaleita, he told our agent that the last six closings hes had he has told the buyers to go into the houses and do work to bring the house to code to pass FHA inspection. He is unethical at best!
