first, i am a single female that has been on my own for a very long time. after finding a place so affordable was a blessing. eventually after living some where you find out that regardless of paying your rent on time, that means absolutely nothing, when it comes to problems in your living place. this company refuses to invest money to up keep the place. i have had numerous of issues with my place and when i ask for some types of explaination to when , what and how? the first thing that comes out of there mouth is you can move (wtf). i have heard of nothing but NEGATIVETY when i told people who my lanlords where, and now i see. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL SLUM LANDLORDS.

Called to request a report on a previous tenant for screening purposes, the guy who I was transferred to said simply said "Uhh, No." and hung up on me. He did not say "no, we dont provide references for past tenants," He simply just didnt want to do what I would consider as an industry standard. I would stay away from this company if I were a person looking to rent from them.

i rented from coleman and they wouldnt fix anything,coleman doesnt care about there renters all they care about is getting there money.please stay away from coleman real estate.they are SLUMLORDS
