I bought two pieces of property from Powers Real Estate. One piece I currently own. The other was forelosed on by Powers so I lost it. I had lost my offshore job because the rig I worked for exploded and sank, spilling millions of gallons of oil into the gulf. You may have heard about it. I went to Paul for help because I had been paying on the large piece of land for seven years. I had paid him over 48,000$ in payments at ten percent interest. Not only did he not help me, but he took my land and every penny of the 48,000$ I faithfully paid him. I am a single woman and a senior citizen. By Gods grace, I managed to pay off the smaller piece and I live there now. But I still go over and look at the other piece because I still feel like its mine, because I paid for it.
