We recently worked with Cynthia to purchase our new home and rent our other home. She was fantastic! Our new home purchase was under contract with a great purchase price quickly, after Cynthias negotiation recommendations. Then our rental was under contract within just a few days of putting it up. She is professional, organized and an excellent advocate for her clients, always pointing out things to consider that protected us as her clients. Her solid knowledge of the real estate market, appropriate pricing for the areas and dedication to researching before making any recommendations are key factors in the success we had with both properties. She always made herself available to answer questions and assist us in any way she could. She provided advice based on our questions but then let us make the decisions that we felt were best for us without being overbearing. After having worked with other agents in the past and then working with Cynthia we could never imagine using any other real estate agent. She is just the BEST!
