Dominic was a great agent for us. We are not from the Illinois area and were not sure where we wanted to live or exactly what kind of house we wanted. He started by sending us houses that were in the Cary/FRG/Crystal Lake area. He would check in every month or two to see if we wanted to view any of the homes. At first we were not, we were just feeling out the market. He did not pressure us at all to look and continued to send properties. When we were ready to look he set everything up for us and all we had to do was show up. When showing the homes, he just let the homes speak for themselves. He didnt push anything, and would point out nice things we might have missed about homes, and he would answer any questions, even if he knew the answers might make the house not appealing to us. He was 100% honest about everything we asked him and if he didnt know he would find out for us. We went on house viewings two times, each time looking at 8-9 homes, and after viewings he just wanted to know what we thought about the properties and said if and when you want to make an offer Ill be here. We almost didnt put an offer on the home we purchased because we didnt think our offer was going to be accepted as there were already offers out there. He said think of a number you are comfterable with and well go with it. We went with what we thought was good and eventually we got the house we wanted. If it wasnt for Dominic we would have walked away with no home. Dominic is the best agent Ive dealt with and I will definitely use him again if I ever need to. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. Hell help you in any way he can, late at night, Sundays basically any time any place as that is basically the only times I was available to look at homes. Besides the stress of finding and purchasing a home, Dominic made everything else very simple, easy and fun. I also know that if I have any other questions in the future he will be there to help me out.

It was my shear bad luck that I happen to work with a highly unprofessional person like Matt Hernacki. I happen to contact him for renting a property at 14 White Pine Drive Schaumburg. Even after submitting my online application for credit and background check and been charged 70$ he messed up on his end in coordinating with the owner of the unit. Finally the Owner of the unit rented out to someone else even though me and my wife took a hit on the credit score plus a loss of 70$ going down the drain. On top of this Matt had the courage to tell me that EVERYONE needs to go through the credit score check and then it depends on the whims of the owner whom he gives the unit. Mind you my report was all positive with scores above 800. I have heard similar comments about Matts unprofessional attitude from some of my colleagues who unfortunately tried working with Matt. He is just there to make money and care a hoot of what his customers go thru. Will never ever recommend him to any of my known people. Work with him on your risk as he will be more keen to get the maximum benefits for himself. Thanks Neelesh

We were extremely lucky to have Dominic as our agent for the purchase of our first home. He was a pleasure to work with. Being first time home buyers, my fiancé and I felt extremely comfortable with him. Dominic answered all of our questions, pointed things out in properties that we probably would not have noticed on our own, and was extremely knowledgeable about all the areas we were looking in. We always felt like he was looking out for us and our best interests. He was very flexible and was always able to show us properties around our schedule. He was extremely responsive to phone calls and e-mails. Thanks to Dominic, we closed on our first home and couldnt be happier. Matt is the best agent I could have ever worked with. I needed to sell my house rather quickly and he succeeded at the task. I met with 3 real estate agents that were recommended by a online search tool and wound up choosing Matt. He immediately made me feel at ease and oddly enough was the only person my dog warmed up to right away. You may not think that is a big deal, but my dog is rather finicky and is completely afraid of new people. She went up to Matt right away and let him pet her. Outside of my dog liking him, Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the process and there isnt anyone else that I would rather work with. If I could buy and sell houses with Matt more often it would be great, but the budget does not allow that. Choose Matt and you will not be disappointed!

Matt is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his business. He goes above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. We were downsizing after 37 years in the same home. It had obviously been a while since we were involved in selling a home, but he made us feel at ease. He covered everything from how to clear out the ‘memorabilia’ to getting ready for showings. The internet aspect of his business is impressive.
