I used two other agency and gave both a year to sell our home without any offers! For some reason, I was reluctant to give Moody Realty a chance even though my best friend recommended them! I became doubtful that we would ever sell our home. My last resort, which should have been my first choice, was to ask GOD to help. Shortly after I began to pray for help, I got this feeling deep inside me that replaced my doubts and gave me confidence that we would sell our home. I knew that we should list our home with Moody so I made the call and Rick Moody answered the phone! I told Rick that it was his lucky day because GOD was Blessing us by sending a buyer for our home and we should use Moody Realty! We listed with Moody on October 17, 2015 and received an offer the next week that was to low for us to consider. The next week we received another offer that we accepted on November 5, 2015 and closed on December 8, 2015! After attempting to sell our home for over two years, Moody sold it in less than two months!

I am from out of state and was looking for retirement property in Tennessee my wife and I found a home we were interested in. We contacted Moody Reality and met with Rick who took us to all properties we were interested in. We decided to make an offer on one of the properties a week later, and from being out of state I thought the process would be tough, but it wasnt at all!
