Ruined an important delivery that was expected to be fulfilled in a timely manner. Did not complete their follow-up delivery, nor did they leave any notification for contact in regards to the delivery. I go in to take care of the matter personally, and their front clerk attempts to chastise me when theyre the one who couldnt get the task correct. Glad to not have to rely on their services after this delivery.

Having tons of issues with deliveries,last week three packages were returned to seller due to internal issues.Someone needs to make management changes ASAP.

Frequent often and my exerience has always been pleasant majority of the staff are great....there is only 1 bad apple and she seams to be improving

The staff are friendly but seem overworked. The building is sufficient but is run down. Overall it gets the job done.
