I highly recommend CMI Construction. They are a fantastic custom home builder and Coy is the best project manager Ive ever met. If he wasnt already running a highly successful construction business Id hire him in a minute to run any of my projects. I cant stress enough that you will get what you pay for with CMI. Their attention to detail, insistence on using only the best subcontractors, and Coys demand for nothing but high quality from his staff is extremely impressive. Coy and his team not only deliver what they say they will, but they do it well and on time. Im a stickler for detail and quality, and this builder exceeded my expectations. Most people I talk to about building a home bring up their fear of the complexity and hassle of the process. Coy made this easy and eliminated our fears of building. CMI is 100% transparent on the costs and process involved, which was a requirement for me. We ended up right on budget with our house. We couldnt believe how easy it ended up being and couldnt be more pleased with the results. We receive endless compliments on our house from everyone, even complete strangers. In 2016 we had a dream to build the family home we wanted. Finding a builder of custom homes was not necessarily an easy task as most we went to had a few selected styles that you could modify. Upon meeting with Coy Mullenix and CMI builders we found exactly what we were looking for, and from start to finish Coy and CMI continued to impress. The idea of building a home was scary for a first time home builder and we had no idea what we were getting into. However, that fear was quickly put to rest with the transparency of the process with CMI. The ability to see exactly where you money was going when you are on a budget was very relieving. From the development and creation of the plans to the acceptance of the keys CMI’s homebuilding was spectacular and the ability to adjust to your needs was more than accommodating. Before building my husband and I had heard horror stories from friends of ours that had built in the past. I have to said that none of the negative things they experienced happened to us. Yes, there are many, many decisions that you must make in the process, but Coy has assembled an unbelievable team of professionals to walk you through the process. We threw in a few special requests, ones that we found on Pinterest. Coy and his team were able to replicate exactly what we showed them. Coy was easily accessible and took time to explain any questions that we had along the way. We have very happy with our house. If you are thinking about building, I urge you to call and talk to Coy, you wont be disappointed.
