A nightmare from day one. Had them out to do a corrugated metal roof on an enclosed porch in our back yard. First, I believe one member of the crew spoke English. Second, there was evidence of shoddy work from the get go. Nails poking through the sides of boards that would have been left had I not pointed them out. Also, they almost just covered up a board that was completely rotted from moisture, and only fixed the issue when I pointed it out. After the job was done, they had to return to replace some wood on the structure that had damage from nails sticking out. 6 months later, the brand new roof leaked again. The crew that came out said a temporary flashing was used around the chimney instead of a permanent one. It would need to be replaced. I recorded my conversation with this gentleman when he informed me the crew who had done my work were no longer employed by Capital. It is now a few years old and because of the poor workmanship (Rotten wood, nails sticking everywhere, incomplete and incorrect construction), we are probably going to have to replace the entire roof again. I am in the process of dealing with these guys, and they have been unconcerned and dismissive of my complaints to this point. Considering hiring legal representation in this matter. Please save yourselves the headache and money and hire another company. You have been warned!!!

I had damage to my home from a wind and rain storm. It damaged the roof enough that water was leaking into the house. the roof was totaled by the insurance inspector along with some insulation, ceiling, and wall damage to the inside. Capital Construction came in and told me what they would do, when they could do it and how long it would take. They showed up on time, did the roof in one day (tear off and new roof on), finished the clean up the next morning (not a whole lot left to do). They did excellent work, using very good material and workmanship. They did the entire inside work in one day also. It was a different crew but again it was very good work including the cleanup. Capital did great work, were friendly and courteous, and always ahead of schedule. My wife and I were and still are extremely satisfied!

Steve came and talked me through repairs that were requested from a buyers home inspection. He was honest and explained each item in terms I could understand. Many of the repairs were items that another company had done inadequately and he encouraged me to hold the original repairmen accountable for their work. He could have easily taken advantage of my situation - but he cared more about making sure my situation was resolved fairly and cost effectively. Because of Stevens integrity - I will not hesitate to call Capital Construction for my next project and Ill be confident it will be done right the first time by a company that stands by their work.

Had a great experience using CC to install a closet for my wife as a wedding present. Drew was very easy to work with and the crew he sent was extremely professional. They did a great job and even took the extra time for artistic and aesthetic touches. They did detailed sanding, cleaned up after themselves, and even patched and painted over some holes so the new closet looked perfect. Thanks so much guys! I would definitely recommend them to install a new closet and will probably be using them again in the near future.

I just have to say that my floors look amazing!!! I dont even hate the tile anymore...it looks completely different. They even got the stains out of the shower and off the bathroom tile in the master. The wax sealant on the slate made a world of difference...its so pretty and super clean now. Your guys, Tim and George, did a great job and were so nice and polite. They did not stop until it was right and I appreciate the extra time and effort. Thought you might want to know.

The price was good, significantly lower than another contractor quoted for the same job earlier, neat and tidy workmanship, availability, timely start and finish as planned. They performed the work when they said they would and did an excellent job in doing it. Steve has followed up on all task and stayed in contact with me thru the whole process. Capital not only was prompt with the estimate which was exactly what I paid. They are fast, neat and very professional. We had tried three different contractors to bid and do the work. capital bid and finished the work in less than a week from bid to finish. The work was done a mass of people in one day! WOW! they are excellent!!!!!!!!!
