Our kitchen sink was backing up. My wife called Drain Surgeon Plumbing and they came out to unclog the line. They proceeded to "snake" the pipe and ask that my wife run the sink for a few minutes. The clog appeared to be gone. We were charged $89. Later in the day when my wife was cleaning the dishes the sink began to back up again. When she called Drain Surgeon to let them know, they told my wife when they were cleaning the pipe they noticed grease on their drain auger and they "dont cover grease". If they returned we would be charged again! We called another plumber to fix the clog and they told us grease was the most common problem with kitchen drains. They unclogged the drain (for real this time) and gave us a 30 day guarantee on their work.

I had a drain that was constantly clogging! I had Drain Surgeons come to clear the lines once a month for 3 months. The last time they wanted to charge $2000 dollars to reroute my pipe because they said there was a problem with the pipe! Never did a video inspection! Called Roto Router! They found a packed grease ball obstructing the pipe! Obviously caused by Drain Surgeons! Never had a problem again! Dont trust them!
