On Thursday I brought my 2001 Toyota Camry into this Meineke shop in Westchester because I thought I needed an engine rebuild. My car was overheating every time I drove it and I was leaking oil so badly that I was buying oil in the big bottles. I had 183,000 miles on the engine so I thought it had done its job. The manager of Meineke Car Care Center convinced me to let them run some tests and start fixing the problems one-by-one. They replaced many of the seals and the valve cover gasket and the oil leaks stopped. Then they found that a relay which controls the fan was not working so they replaced that. To make a long story short they have done a great job for a fraction of what I thought I would need to spend and I am on the road again. Thank you so much to you guys at Meineke in Westchester. I heartily recommend them, and welcome having mechanics who really know what they are doing and will just simply tell me the truth! You definitely will have my business in the future.

Ive been coming to Meineke ever since my first experience with them in December of 2011 and havent looked back. Always price competitive and work quality is top notch. I dont even entertain the discounted offers from other car care services that I get by email or groupon. At my last visit I asked about the tune up service thats listed on the pricing board and asked about having that done on my car thats getting up there in miles. They recalled that I took my car to the dealer prior to me switching to Meineke and said that the mileage on my car was over the factory recommendation for a tune up before I started coming and to check my records. What do you know, I had that done about a year before I started coming here, I just had forgotten. Wish I had it done here as Im sure it wouldve save me money and got the same, if not better, work quality. It is this level of honesty that won that my trust and, unfortunately in the car care field, thats a rarity.

I came in because my air conditioning was busted. They ran a diagnostic and found that my A/C clutch was broken but get this, they reported back to me that the AC clutch was covered under a Honda recall for 7 years/100,000 warranty. Would have cost $600 to fix but they gave me all the recall information and told me to go back to my dealer and get it fixed for free. Most mechanics would never have reported that and they would have taken the work. These guys are honest. They have my trust and my business going forward

Was told by the dealership and another garage that I needed to replace the entire exhaust system, which would cost more than my car cost when I bought it. These guys were willing to cut out the section of exhaust that was rusted through and weld it back up, for a fair price and it was done in 15 minutes. Nicest and most practical car garage Ive ever dealt with. I will definitely be coming here for all things car-related from now on.

I absolutely love them and I have been coming here for years. I can randomly call to ask a question tell Chad my car and he already know who it is without me saying. They definitely appreciate their customers and genuinely love what they do!!
