The management is very unprofessional! Brung in a 08 infiniti g35 with 90k for a upstream o2 sensor they give it back with a new downstream that wasnt asked for and when questioned about why the paper say downstream when i asked for upstream he said it was written wrong later to find out he didnt change it! Now my cat is bad and he just said imma give you yo monet back! Wtf Infiniti parts and labor wayyy to expensive! his name is Miguel he got nasty with corporate too when they called for his side of the story! I hope he gets replaced with someone better.... what a way to rep yo company! And further more who gonna pay for this failed cat???

I am really unhappy with the service I received here. Most seriously, a week after I had these people put new tires on my CRV, one of the damned wheels came loose on the highway. I was lucky I wasnt injured. Also, these guys snuck a $50 "extended warranty" onto my bill for the tires, without ever first even mentioning this to me as an option or giving me the chance to accept or decline this extra cost. I would strongly recommend avoiding this particular establishment.

This is getting two stars because the guy that helped me yesterday was really nice. EDIT: I initially gave two stars because it took an exceptionally long time for them to put two tires on my car. The really nice guy from the day before, Fausto (?), ended up coming in and comped me for waiting. It was pretty awesome of him - not sure why this guy isnt the manager. He should be because his customer service skills are awesome. Thanks!

Had some trouble with a flat tire and the guys here were so patient and explained EVERYTHING to me regarding my tires and why the hole couldnt be patched. They were really accommodating with my work schedule throughout the day too so that I didnt have to take a large chunk of time out of my day. Definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Just when I thought there was good service , it just sucks lack of management. Went with Co vehicle for front brakes only , and they tell me they dont have a brakes mechanic . That they cannot trust any of the other mechanics. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

Was not happy with my experience. I just needed someone to put my spare tire on my car. I was told my cars too old for that service .
