I posted this on the wrongly on the Midas in Broadview when in actuality it is this service center that was problematic: The Midas muffler I had failed within a year of purchasing. So the Roosevelt location replaced the muffler for free minus the cost of labor and a gasket. (which is the Midas warranty) They charged me for a gasket, but didnt install a gasket. They left the old gasket in, which started to fail after a week. They denied doing it until I showed them the pictures I took with my phone that made it obvious that they were lying. Then they intentionally distroyed part of my original exhaust system by sawing off the flanges that bolted the new exhaust to the original exhaust pipe, shoving the exhaust out of whack and then permanently welding everything really sloppily, so that future repairs will be more difficult and expensive. I will not go to any Midas again because of this one shops dishonesty.

I asked for an oil change 20 min before they were closing and they turned me away. No other cars were in the garage. Ridiculous.
