What a blessing! I took my Acer 2-in-1 here after it decided not to turn on anymore - super frustrating considering I had not backed it up - oops! I was originally told that he would have it done by Thursday, but after explaining that I was a student and needed my information he rushed it and promised to have it diagnosed later that day. He called a few hours later with the bad news that nothing could be recovered and when I went in he explained everything. I was super upset, but thankful to have answers quickly and be able to make my next move. Not only did he diagnose it quickly, he didnt even charge me for the diagnostic service AND recommended a computer that was on sale somewhere else. He was so kind and so wonderful! I ended up buying the computer he suggested and so far it is great. While I have learned many lessons throughout this ordeal (backup your info!!) - I am so thankful for this place and their dedication to customer service. Thanks again!

"Diamond In The Rough" I live in Wheaton and for years I have been looking for a place to take my laptop in for service, but always delayed using a service. This time I had no choice when it crashed. I had been passing this PC Fix business for the last several months and stopped in to give it a try. I had three specific objectives in mind for using such a business. 1 Service quality- they had to be able to fix the problem 2 Trust-my entire world is in this machine 3 Fairness- an affordable price I can tell you without exception, PC Fix hit a home run on all three objectives. This place is a true gem. My sons PC needed a new motherboard and video card.Bob and his son went out of their way to help us. Bob was even willing to send the motherboard, back to the manufacture to try and save me money. This is the kind of honesty and integrity that is hard to find now. PC Fix really came through for me and saved me a lot of money! I had two MacBook computers. One had water damage, the other had screen damage. My goal was to take the workable hard drive and combine it with the workable screen. PC Fix was able to do this for me. More importantly, they gave me a very reasonable price. If I ever need to, I wont hesitate to use their services again.

Bob was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. I went in for a damaged hard drive and he was able to not only replace it, clean out my laptop to fix the overheating problem and reinstall all my software, but he did it in 24 hours and gave me a great deal. He has earned a customer for life in me. I would highly recommend PC Fix for anybody.
