i had an unidentified problem with my laptop, a 3 1/2 year old model, and when the gentleman looked at it for me [a free no obligation diagnosis i might add] he told me that it was likely the motherboard; a problem that would cost more to fix than another comparable machine to replace it. i couldnt believe that he basically told me that i was better off just getting a new laptop, rather than trying to soak me for some unnecessessary work. his honesty was a welcome change as opposed to some other places that try to bleed you dry. this place is ABSOLUTELY worth checking out if youve got computer problems. heck... it beats the hell out of Geek Squad! :)

My laptop wouldnt power on so I googled computer repair, saw the high ratings, and gave a call. A++ customer service. The guy on the phone (Jeff I think) listened calmly while I explained the problem, asked 2 or 3 questions including whether I had traveled or had it in the cold overnight (I had), and then solved the problem in a couple steps in about 3 minutes. He also gave a few tips and explained what happened so I can prevent the problem from happening again. And he did that cheerfully and for free, when Ive never even been a customer before. I told him I will be in the future. I highly recommend that you do too.

I called because Windows was not loading on my computer. I initially spoke with HP Support and because my computer was past their one year warranty, they wanted $60 to talk over the problem on the phone. After getting guided through safe mode by one of Fast On-Sites representatives, I was able to have my computer running again in under ten minutes. Polite service, no charge, and very friendly. And now my computer is running again in time for finals. Despite this being a seemingly small tech issue, I would highly recommend this company for any computer support!

Josh came to my home to help me set up a printer and did a fantastic job. He was professional, went above and beyond to make sure I understood its capabilities and was patient explaining things to me. He even gave me some tips on a few other technology issues I had that were really helpful. I highly recommend Fast On Site and will definitely call them again for support.

If youre thinking of taking your computer to Best Buy or Frys to get it fixed, think again. This place does very nice work for a fraction of the price of other places. The employees are very nice and will have your computer fixed the either the day of or the day after you bring it in. I would HIGHLY recommend taking any computer problems here.

Unbelievable assistance with problem involving Comcast settings and a long-gone Yahoo account - technician from TechVoo solved this in a 10 minute call. Had previously spent hours in several conversations with Comcast during the last two weeks. Highly recommend going to TechVoo for help - they deliver!!
