If I could give this place negative stars I would. The customer service is terrible, the staff is rude, and the issue I brought my laptop in for was never fixed. I took my laptop in on a Friday afternoon because I was having DC port issues. My laptop was already diagnosed elsewhere, but the cost was higher and this place is right by my place of work. I was told they had to diagnose it again, was charged 71.90 on the spot and that they would call me by 6pm. No one ever called, I figured they were busy and I left it alone. On Monday, I still had not heard anything so I contacted them and when I asked about my laptop the guys said "uhhhh, Im still playing around with it and trying to figure out the issue and Ill call you tomorrow."I was pretty upset at this point considering I already dished out 71 dollars to tell them what the issue was. I told them to just forget it and give me my laptop back I also asked for a refund since nothing was even done yet, the guy on the phone said that was fine. When I got there to pick up my laptop they refused to refund me and said it was fixed. Spoke with the manager who was very condescending towards me and once again was refused a refund. They told me the issue was my charger, but it is not. I brought a new charger and a till have the same issue- the laptop charges in certain positions ONLY leading me to believe it is indeed an issue with the port. I dont recommend taking your laptop here unless you want to get ripped off.

To say Im technology impaired would be the understatement of the year. I am also the biggest klutz ever and gravity hates me. I dropped my phone and shattered the screen the phone cost me over $700 and I didnt want to have to replace it. I stuggled going from store to store trying to find someone to help which just ended in me having a migraine, my friend recommended 911 tech repair because she had gone to their store in Crystal Lake when her iPad stopped working and just loved them for how friendly and fast and fair they are. I came stumbling into the store not even knowing what was going to happen or even what I needed to know, I was instantly calmed. They where so friendly and explained everything to me, they didnt just act all snobby and expect me to know what a digitizer was like other repair places did. They made feel comfortable as if I was talking with friends, they told me what had to be done, how long it would take and the price, which surprised me how fair the price was, other places were trying to rip me off and charging ridiculous amounts, but here the price made sense and was reasonable. I was shocked at how fast they said it would be, other places wanted to take my phone for weeks. When I went back to pick up my phone it looked brand new I was amazed and just like my friend I will never trust another repair shop. In fact im going back soon for my laptop!

WOW, Im definitely disappointed with the attitude ONE of the employees have. They dont even repair phones they actually mess it up. So once they get a bad review on Goggle knowing the messed up your screen they call you trying to resolve the issue. They personally ask how you want to repair your phone... And all you want is a free repair. After all they kind of just messed your phone... But no they WILL NOT repair your phone for free when they mess it up they want to repair it for money so they can wipe their asses with that money! Not only that but ONE of the employees is a complete racist. You just cant trust people like that. I definitely dont recommend any one to go here. You ask why these reviews are good. But the only reason I put my good review when they repaired my phone the first time was because they didnt tell me the legit price they said if I put a review Id get the cheap price I got the cheap price BUT my phone resulted messed up all I wanted was a screen changed.. Plus the only reason why they have a cheap package is because "For the people who only have a few days on their phone contract they want to get a screen change." well what if you changed their screen and they get messed up like mine did. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU GIVE A CHEAP PACKAGE FOR A CRAP RESULT. Actually repair phones, not mess them up.

I loved these guys. My phone had gotten water damage over the 4th of july weekend and I thought it was hopeless. I gave them a call as a shot in the dark and they assured me they would do all they could. Now let me tell you my phone was pretty damaged and should have been beyond repair, but the guys at 911 tech repair fixed it completely and did an excellent job! Not only did they do a great job, but they were very kind and patient with my question along the way of the repair. The price was fair and definitely way cheaper than buying a whole new phone. My phone works great now and I would definitely trust them again. Overall I give the repair a 9 out of 10 and their customer service and 11 out of 10. I have never been this delightfully surprised working with a repair shop of any kind. ABSOLUTELY USE THIS SHOP!!!!

I cracked my iPad screen--BAD. I called Best Buy and would have had to give it up for 1.5 weeks---apparently Geek Squad is not local. Called Apple and since my apple care expired, they suggested I buy a new one....my iPad is 2.5 years old!!! So, I researched the web for "iPad cracked screen repair" and there they were---top of the page! Nice SEO! Brought it in---no appointment necessary and 3 hours later, bing-bang-boom all done and in perfect working order. Customer service was top notch too. Would recommend to anyone. Fast, efficient, and nice!! Triple Threat! Oh, and price was super reasonable. Lets see....minimum $1000 for new iPad or $140 for a new screen---no brainer---which by the way, was also cheaper than Best Buy who quoted me over the phone. Best Buy should partner with 911 Tech Repair!

These guys are awesome!!! My IPAD glass was recently shattered, so I tried to fix it by myself with the self replacement kit first. I followed the instruction, but my IPAD didnt display properly. Then I found 911Techrepair in google, and I brought it to their shop. The shop representative diagnosed and found that my cable was not properly connected to the board. He re-connected the cables and my IPAD started to work properly. I asked him how much I need to pay, but he didnt request anything even though he spent about 20 minutes for my case. I was impressed a lot with their knowledge for the issues, quick service and kindness. If I have problem with my digital gadgets in the future, I will definitely bring them to 911Techrepair.

This is Gloria. So I am absolutely angry on the result I got for my phone. All I wanted was a screen change and the messed up my LCD. Now my phone tweaks and doesnt work like it used to. Not only that but they tell you the wrong price theyll say its $89.00 but it really isnt and they tell you put a review so it can be $89.00 why are they bribing people to review them for a discount. Just tell people the actually price. Because they dont know if your going to mess up their phone. I didnt know they would mess up my phone and I put a review just for the discount. Overall Im disappointed and would definitely not go back. Im just making sure people are aware.
