First off, Id give ZERO stars if I could. The disorganization of this establishment is ridiculous. My husband brought our baby monitor in at least 2 months ago because it wasnt charging. The clerk (who told me today he was one of the owners) said he would let my husband know what the situation was and would then be able to order part/parts if my husband gave him approval. He (owner) never called my husband. My husband left 2 voicemails and was never called back. 2 weeks ago I went in myself to see what was going on. He said he had left my husband a message that he knew which part needed to be ordered. I told him he had my approval to order the part and fix the monitor. I also gave him my number to call. After 2 days I still had not heard from him. I went in AGAIN and he said one part had arrived but he was waiting on another one. I told him at that time if it was not completed that day, since he had the monitor for 2 MONTHS, I would be picking it up even if it wasnt finished. He did call me that night saying he was working on it and it should be done at the end of the night. I went in today, 3 days after, and he said he was now waiting on MORE parts. As other reviews have mentioned, he acted as if he had no idea who I was. "Im here for the monitor" blank stare, "The touch screen?" "Nooo, the baby monitor". "Ohhhh, well I am waiting on another part" More was wrong with the monitor...apparently. I asked him to just give it to me. He said it would take a few minutes to put together, now I know he probably had no idea where it was because when he came back and I left, my husband pointed out the screen was missing. I went BACK in and he said "ohh, it must be stuck to something." I commented on his disorganization, inability to return phone calls, and overall inadequacy as a business owner. I mentioned that he hadnt even offered to repair the monitor at no charge. He responded by saying he would do whatever he could to rectify the problem. I was so angry that no way was I having him keep our device. It was probably further damaged by whatever he did (OR DIDNT) do in the 2 months since he has had it. NEVER AGAIN will I go there. If you have anything besides an iphone/ipad or cell phone screen to be repaired dont go here, he has no idea what he is doing, and even if he does, he has no customer service skills WHAT SO EVER.

I took my computer in September 1, 2015. Today is February 27, 2016. I have NEVER received a call from them. When I originally took my laptop in, it was supposed to take approximately a week to fix, 2 weeks later I still havent heard a word so I went to the store. At the time I was told that they took my number down wrong so they couldnt call. Understandable, mistakes happen. They still needed some time because a part they needed was going to be in at the end of the week. Another 2 weeks passed and I did not hear a word so I went back. The part was still not in. I went in another 4 times and it was always the same story, at the end of the week., we will call you. Not a single courtesy call. No communication at all. The laptop belonged to a small dog rescue so we really couldnt afford anther one, fortunately a supporter donated a new one. I think it is appalling that they could not make a single call. I made 6 visits, never an apology but always a strange look, they had no idea who I was even after all the visits. They have that laptop to this day. In response to the owners response: I find it laughable that you say I was there twice. I was there a total of 6 times and each and every time you said you were waiting for some hinge. Amazing that I receive voice messages daily yet you couldnt leave a message. And again, I came in 6 times between September and December and each time you looked at me as if you had never seen me and I had to repeatedly go over who I was. Yes the last time I was there I told you if it was not done, I would bring the dogs there since I had no way of posting them. Your service and inability to tell the truth are shameless.

I dropped my Samsung galaxy s4 in just the right way and shattered my screen only weeks after getting the entire phone replaced. In a panic to have it fixed properly without my fiancé knowing I ran to these guys after seeing all the great reviews. They were amazing!! The price was far less than a couple places Id called. They did amazing quality work and my phone is as good as new. Not a single problem with it. He told me to come back if I had any problems.. not a single one. My phone is as good as new and they replaced the entire screen and housing in less time than it took me to drive there!! Wonderful company while I waited. These guys are funny and very easygoing. He understood my financial crunch and worked with me best he could. I will consider no other place for all my electronic fixes. Thanks guys.. btw.. I ended up telling him anyway and he threatened to make me send smoke signals if I break it again. But he is very impressed with the fix.

I don know what happened, the first time I went everything was great. The second time I took my daughters laptop in for a cracked screen. He was going to order the part from China to save some money, said it would take a couple of weeks. That was June 15. 2016. I left a $100 cash deposit on the part. A couple of weeks went by, I called...they told me the part was stuck in customs. A couple more weeks, still stuck in customs. By August I called to let him know my daughter was going back to school in New York, and we needed it fixed, said he would check and call me back. Now its Sept and still have not heard from them. Ive left messages and stated I want my deposit back, no one will call me back, and Im out $100 and my daughter went back to school with a cracked screen.

Take your electronics here to have your time and money wasted. When you call them to see about the status of your item after its been sitting for 3 months they come up with a new excuse every time. And for macbooks, they charge the same price as apple but give you china parts. I got a plastic, off color screen that had lines going thru it after 2 months! I call them and they are super disrespectful and unwilling to help. These are not honest people. They will say " oh the motherboard is broken, we need 2 more weeks." Or "the PCB is broken we need to resolder it" they will lie to you and use technical terms to try and confuse you when really they just dont have the skills to fix it.
