Absolutely horrible! Called to have an issue fixed, Luis assured me he had the part, calls me back 5 hours later to say he doesnt have the part. I go in the next day and speak with a different gentleman and ask him to order the part but I needed my laptop until it was in, that was March 23, I call today to see if the part has been ordered and I was told that they didnt even order it! I was supposed to leave a deposit, wouldnt this be vital information that would be relayed when I went BACK into the store to request the part after I was falsely told they had it. Stay as far away from this place as possible! They have delayed the repair of my computer and cost me irreplaceable time due to their negligence.
